The property location is great; access to the beach was close and very quiet at all times of the day. Improvements: new/ better beds would be great and help sleeping at night and a much larger TV too.

This property is amazing! They are currently doing construction to luau building 1 we were lucky they did not do any construction during our stay but it was noticeable with the fencing and rope offs. Other than that the pool and beach access was perfect! Staff was friendly and so knowledgeable. Will definitely stay again in the future.

All things including the room service, hotel location, communication with manager, no lobby hall or even front desk are not acceptable for a family vacation, from the memories remained only the American Bay and meeting with old friends and that it. I do not recommend such a vacation to anyone, otherwise there will be a spoiled mood and bitter aftertaste.
