Crescent 310 Owner Managed Beach Service Included

Welcome to our home away from home, which boasts a fantastic beach view allowing for the most magnificent sunsets. Our large balcony overlooks the pool area and tropical landscaping with a magnificent backdrop of the emerald green waters and white sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the main bedroom suite.

The minute you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with coastal décor, crisp blue and white furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen. This beautifully furnished and spacious third-floor condominium features many upgrades, such as flat-panel TVs, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms, and all the comforts of home.

With the private beach access and the 1200-square-foot lagoon community pool just steps away, spend the day soaking up the Florida sunshine. We offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. The Crescent also has a small pool heated during the cooler months for your enjoyment. Also within the complex is a well-equipped fitness center and outdoor grilling area. There is also a library/business center off the lobby area.

The bike path outside the complex makes exploration easy, and a host of golf courses minutes away will have you teeing up in no time. Silver Sands Outlet is conveniently located around the corner.

• Daily beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included. (March through October)

• Parking is first-come, first served. There is no assigned parking, and no parking passes.

• No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property.

The property has everything you would need for a beach vacation getaway. The pool is spacious with plenty of seating. Staff are friendly and helpful. Chair service is amazing on the beach. Beach is clean and spacious. Area has shopping and restaurants galore. No need to travel far. Definitely achieved peach and relaxation. wish I didn't have to leave. My daughter and I have made it our annual Mother's Day activity.

Beyond Beautiful

We have stayed at several condos in and around the Destin/Miramar Beach area. This property exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated, even more so than the photos depict. The condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor with an amazing view! It was well stocked with everything our family needed for our stay. The Padfield family even left a nice welcome bag filled with snacks. We would definitely like to stay at this condo again!

Simply wonderful

We felt right at home at The Crescent 310. We were greeted by a welcome note and bag full of goodies which we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. Our evenings were spent playing games from the large assortment available in the condo. Communication was great with Alan. Check in and out was easy. We have a timeshare and have stayed at quite a few VRBO properties and I can honestly say that this condo was the most equipped. All we really needed to buy was food for the week. Thanks again for allowing us to use your condo. If we decide on another trip to Miramar Beach, we will definitely look to see if this condo is available again.

Gorgeous upscale beachfront Condo!

This is an incredible property with gorgeous views of the pool and gulf!! Very upscale, gated parking and access, situated beachfront that includes beach chairs and umbrella in season. Very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable bed, Alan was fantastic with communications and left a very thoughtful arrival gift bag for us. Will definitely come back here!!

We loved our stay! We have had a wonderful vacation!! We were very blessed!!! My daughter was excited about the snacks the Padfield family provided. She was celebrating her birthday the first night we arrived. We also really enjoyed the small cooler to use for our beach time. Our weather was a little cloudy for more time than not and I wish that had been different, but room 310 was so nice and comfortable and the view so incredibly beautiful!!! I hope we can make a return trip in the future.
