We have been coming to the area for 15 years and this was our favorite place we have stayed. The locate was very peaceful and the house was gorgeous.

Second stay here and my family loves the place. Cottage is perfect. Great views of the golf course and bay in the distance. Love the ability to ride the golf cart to watch the beautiful sunsets off the bay.]0

Absolutely LOVED this 2 bedroom! Great location near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and pools. Really cute and cozy decor. Also enjoyed having the golf cart to get around! Shower water pressure was really great! A lot better than what I have at my house. We are already trying to plan our return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the rental...walk out to the patio and enjoy the views and converse with golfers as they roll through. The layout was nice. Golf cart is new and a great way to get around. Only need is a blow dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great villa in the Fairways of Sandestin! This villa had been totally refurbished with new furnishings. The kitchen-dining area was functional with plenty of cookware and glassware. The bedding was extremely comfortable. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach, shopping and dining on the resort.All of the reservationists and support staff at MVH were extremely helpful in making our stay at Fairways Villas comfortable. A special thanks to Pamela for all help.
