Welcome to our Miramar Beach Surf Shanty! We are pleased to welcome you into our personal vacation getaway to be YOUR home away from home. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. All we ask is that you be at least 25 years old. We have equipped our home to a high standard to anticipate your needs for an amazing beach vacation.

Located on a quiet street in a gated community (with private parking), but only a short 5 to 9-minute walk to the beach. You can have all the beach fun and excitement during the day, and quiet relaxation in the evenings. This private condo has plenty of space inside and out for you to stretch out and relax.
Sleep comfortably on new beds in the two bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area so this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a TV/Roku. Both full bathrooms have been remodeled, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub which is great for kids. The cozy living room has a dedicated workspace in case you must check your email, as well as a TV/Roku. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking/serving needs, including kids' plates, cups, and utensils. Dining area has seating for 6 at the table and bar.
You will enjoy a private patio area which is perfect for relaxing. Rinse the beach sand off with the outdoor shower. Cook your meal on the grill while hanging out under the umbrella. Setup the cornhole boards to compete with your friends! For a great day on the beach, we have provided beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, cooler, and a wagon to help carry things to the beach. If sitting around the pool is your preference, the provided wristbands will give you access to your choice of five pools at Seascape.
If you are feeling extra energetic, we have tennis and pickleball rackets available to take advantage of the facilities at Seascape. For golfers, bring your clubs and enjoy the golf course on the property.
Our calendar is filling in quite fast, so be sure to book right away to guarantee your reservation.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a fenced private yard.

Jay and Trista were wonderful and followed up frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. Private one level home with a carport. Very nice quiet area close to the beach. The closet was packed with everything you need for your trip to the beach. Highly recommend.

Our stay in this house was short and sweet. We were fortunate enough to be the first renter. We had a good time and the house was really comfortable from the nice comfy bed to the spacious living room were we chilled most of the time and watch netflix. The Location was a big plus, it was very private and secured and its also wasnt too far from the beach, 3 mins if you drive and maybe 5 mins if you walk. over all we enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can rent it again. Thank you very much Jay and Trista. Until nxt time.!

Very nice quiet place for family or couples.

They had all the necessities then some! Been going to Destin area for years and this was by far the best accommodations and very affordable. They even emailed, texted and called to check if everything was ok! Best experience we ever had! Great location as well!
