The house was great. There was plenty of room and the house had everything you needed to cook. They even provided beach chairs and toys for the kids. I will definitely book again. Great Vacation!!!

Me and my family are locals that got together and booked this beach house. We had a wonderful time and the house was nice. The management company Destin dreamers were amazing. They were helpful and when we had a minor problem at the house they came immediately. I love how they give you the VIP status with free tickets to different activities in the area. If you book a house for this area make sure it’s one managed by Destin Dreamers.

AMAZING house. Amazing backyard. Great location. Only complaints are 5pm being a late for a check-in and theres very little necessities in the kitchen(no salt,pepper, cooking spray) just the basics. Would be nice to have known that ahead of time for the grocery order. But minimal issues compared to how beautiful the house is!

Great House

Awesome Location close to the beach. Large home with plenty of room for our group of friends and their families. First floor is bunks and perfect for kids. Pool is large and was able to be heated. Hot tub was a nice addition with the cooler weather and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the outdoor area with Ping-Pong and pool. Would stay again!

Great Vacay

My family and friends loved our stay at your place. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was awesome with all of the amenities and the backyard was great with the pool, ping pong table, and gazebo area. We loved all of it from top to bottom. If you could place more storage and/or towel racks in the bathroom that would be much appreciated But overall it was a great vacation, thank you!!!

Had a great time here! Only complaint was no cover on pool table and it stayed wet and that was one of the things that was a booking catch! Suggest covering pool table as liner is stretched out and damaged. Overall, stay was great!

Relaxing and fun!

Amazing experience! The arrival process was easy, the layout of the Home was great for my family! Kids got to enjoy the heated pool while my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub! The home was great! Loved the little gazebo for early morning study. The space was just what we needed! My son and I had a blast on the outdoor ping pong table. Seamless, relaxing, and fun!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents’ 50th anniversary on this trip. The house was perfect it comfortably accommodated everyone in our group, from elders to teens to little kids. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the management was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.The only drawback was the beach access. During a previous visit to this same property, we had a convenient access point just a block away (Miami St) . Unfortunately, this time we had to walk nearly a mile to reach the beach (Hollywood St), which proved a bit challenging especially when carrying coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and managing both young kids and elderly parents.

Perfect holiday vacation

Loved our stay at Silver Peso during Christmas! House had everything we needed. Very clean and well decorated. We travelled with 4 families a dog and a 3 year old and the house had plenty of room for everyone. There was so much to do in the area, shopping & dining and of course the beach. Definitely recommend the pool heat if you are traveling during the colder months. We spent a lot of time in the pool during Christmas even when temps were in the 50’s. Communication was great with any questions we had prior. Marie was very helpful. We’re already planning a trip back in the summer.

I wish there were more stars I could give this property. Best vacation house ever!!! It was exactly as pictured if not better. The Destin Dreamer management team is top notch! I’ve never dealt with more responsive, communicative people before. The house was perfect for our extended family to all come from different states and spend time together. Everything was so clean and well kept. It far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, bathrooms plentiful, the recreation and gathering areas ample, the backyard extra extraordinary, the location to the beach convenient, the extra free activities unexpected and appreciated.Couldn’t be happier.

Awesome experience!!

We were there from 12/22 to 12/26 when most of the country had freeze. Mallory was great to work with. Since it was going to be very cold in Destin we tried to make the best of the situation and asked the host to have the pool heated. That was my repeated request and Mallory made it happen!!! Based on previous reviews I heard it may take up to 48 hours to heat the pool but Mallory addressed that issue and made sure the pool was ready when we arrived!! Can't thank her enough because as I guessed that's where we spent most of our time. As per inside of the house it had everything!!!The kitchen is fully equipped - pots, pans, cutlery, etc… We had a little struggle with beach gate access code but again the host helped us and kids had a great time at Hollywood private beach. Mallory, THANK YOU and a huge hug from me!!!!

Great house and location

Great house, great location, great pool, great hot tub, well appointed kitchen. The management company was responsive when needed. This house is amazing. Only negatives are no towel bars/hooks in any of the bathrooms (except for first floor bathroom). No where to hang towels at all which is annoying hanging over doors and the tub. Also, the AC did not work great, despite following instructions of not leaving doors/windows open and not turning below a certain temp. It was warm on all levels at night. We should have told management and have no doubt they would have addressed immediately, just were not at house enough to worry about it. Also, the water pressure was weird, there were times in mid shower, pressure would drop lower than what it was (it was low to begin with) and then pick back up. Wonder if it had to do with the tankless water heater. Would stay here again and hope they have hooks/towel bars set up.
