The unit was great until the entire refrigerator compressor went out on day 3 of our visit, destroying our food purchased at Walmart as well as food brought home from the local restaurants. Property manager informed new refrig would not be delivered in the area until August 1st. It was extremely hot and to not have ice,cold beverage, or to not have any foods to eat in the unit was a downer.

I was very pleased with condo and location. I however was very disappointed in the communication I had with owner The day of check in I got an email saying the refrigerator was broken and a repairman will come on Monday a temporary small refrigerator was brought to condo. The repairman could not fix refrigerator so we had to manage with a very small refrigerator for 6 ppl. It was an extreme inconvenience and when asked for some kind of compensation I never heard back from owner/manager that was very disappointing and rude.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach was a quick walk across the street at the public beach. Coffee and restaurants are within walking distance as well. The pool was nice and the room was clean and updated! It was just two of us. The room would be small for 6 guests, but we’d definitely stay again!
