Space is even bigger in person. Location is amazing in Miramar! Public beach isn’t overly crowded even during spring break! Definitely some rules for the condo but as long as you follow them, no issues. Apparently teenager with headlight searching at night for tree frogs is suspicious activity-as long as you can kindly explain what was going on- no big deal . Seriously though, these pictures don’t do the justice! We loved staying here, 1000% would return!

Excellent Stay

Our month on the beach was just excellent. The condo is beautifully decorated. Views from both patios are mesmerizing. The master bedroom is especially comfortable. We found that everything you may need is within a 2-3 mile radius. And the beach !!! The beach is the most beautiful we have ever experienced. Miles of clean white sand and turquoise water. We would stay again in a minute !!!

Awesome Location and Property, Stunning Views

We stayed here for fall break, and we loved it! We would definitely return to the same property. The check in process was a little frustrating because they kept telling us to check in even though no one was available to check in with on the weekend, but Real Joy was great to work with and very responsive. The location of this condo is AWESOME, right across the street from the ocean! The pictures don't do the view justice! You basically have a 180 degree view of the ocean from the balcony, up on the 11th floor it feels like you can see out forever! This condo is extremely spacious with 2 family room areas and 3 big bedrooms with full bathrooms attached to each. There is an ice maker in the condo, which was super convenient for packing a cooler for the beach. We had plenty of dishes and silverware for simple breakfasts and lunches. There was lots of closet and drawer storage in the bedrooms, and the bathrooms had ample cabinet space so you can unpack and not feel like you need to live out of suitcases and baggies! We loved this property and will definitely see if it's available next time we come to Miramar Beach!

Excellent Stay!

Place was very clean and views were spectacular, and just steps from the beach...What more could you want in a vacation!! Parking Pass and Check in instructions going to front desk were unclear and confusing but once that was figured out, everything was incredible.

Spring Break 2022

We loved this property! The location was perfect for flip flopping from the beach to the pool. The ice maker was key! Made it so easy to pack our coolers! The views from both sides of the unit were beautiful! We would stay here again! The unit lacked enough garbage bags, lighter for the outdoor grill, dish soap, toilet paper, sponge & dishwasher detergent to accommodate our group, but we were able to grab additional items at the Winn Dixie down the street. We are happy we chose this location! Made our trip very easy!

Beautiful condo!!!

This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and nicely furnished. If I to find something we didn’t like it would be the rain shower heads. There is no water pressure with them. Also the pillows and mattress in the east side master have a little to be desired. But overall, we would stay here again if the fees and taxes weren’t so much.

Family vacation

Absolutely loved this condo! The location was perfect! It was very spacious and had amazing views from every window. Just needed a few items that were suppose to be included like toilet paper , trash bags but grocery store close by so no big deal at all. Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10 and would stay here again for sure!
