Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles northeast) and Destin Commons (four miles west) are nearby for all of your shopping needs. You'll also be close to some of the best golf and deep-sea fishing on the coast, and only seven miles east of Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park.

Getting to your beachfront retreat is simple and convenient. We highly recommend traveling by car to fully enjoy the coastal area, as public transportation options in Miramar Beach are limited. Your stay includes dedicated garage parking, making it easy to arrive and depart at your leisure. For those flying in, the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is the closest major hub, located approximately forty minutes away by car. Having a vehicle will provide you with the most freedom to explore local attractions, shopping centers, and dining spots at your own pace.

Welcome to your coastal retreat! Please note that Surfside Resort is an upscale condominium building—not a hotel—and this unit is exclusively managed by Avari. Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to help you with anything you need. The resort features excellent on-site amenities, including a spa, salon, and restaurant.

As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella; please ask our front desk staff for setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to kick off your vacation, but you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day to refresh the unit for the next arrival, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens. For your convenience, shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor if your unit does not contain an in-unit washer and dryer. ⚠️ Important Climate & Safety Rule: Please keep patio doors completely closed at all times. Leaving them open allows coastal humidity to create heavy condensation indoors, causing the walls and floors to become wet, which creates an immediate slip hazard.

The updates include the Boiler system , the

balconies, the guest garage and exterior upgrades.

There are no set dates as of yet. This notice is to

inform you about upcoming repairs from

October 2026 - March 2027

Please contact the front desk for details.

Work will begin on Monday, October 26, on the 01/01A

stack.

Please review the tentative schedule, block off the week

of repairs needed, remove balcony furniture, and make

all other guests aware that there will be construction

noise throughout the building. Also, be aware that some

balconies may require shoring, so the units below may

be affected.

We want your stay at our Miramar Beach condominium to be as seamless as possible. While you will need to register at the front desk upon arrival to receive your parking passes, amenity codes, and wristbands, we are always available to assist you throughout your visit.
