¡Bienvenido a la prestigiosa comunidad de Playa Frangista! Llegue con sus chanclas y traje de baño en la mano. Esta hermosa casa privada de 3HAB / 3BA, para 8 personas, se encuentra a una cuadra del acceso a la playa y se encuentra frente a la piscina de la comunidad Frangista. (Se proporcionarán a los huéspedes códigos para la puerta de acceso a la playa y la puerta de la piscina).

Descubre nuevos pisos, techos de 11 pies y hermosos muebles tan pronto como entras por la puerta principal de esta casa de playa de dos pisos. Reúnase en la cocina gourmet abierta y en el salón y el comedor en el primer piso. La sala de estar está equipada con un sofá cama doble para proporcionar alojamiento adicional para dormir si es necesario. Aquaholic at Frangista beach properties is amazing. The staff is great and very accommodating. We accidentally booked one less day than I tented and they were glad to accommodate. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. 5 star rating all the way around!!

Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. Thank you Frangista Beach Properties.!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

The use of the Frangista app with all the codes made it very easy. There was plenty of room at the beach which is not necessarily the case when staying in some of the condos nearby. We will be staying with Frangista Beach Properties again.

The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.

The house is located one street off of the extremely busy Scenic Gulf Dr., so you have all of the convenience of the location but it is on a nice quiet street. The walk to the beach is very easy. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!
