Clean and had everything we needed. The beach is so beautiful and peaceful. House was perfect location wise and we all had plenty of room.

Awesome location

This property was really nice. Excellent location and walkable to everything you would need. Parking is a little tight but definitely doesn’t diminish the quality of the stay.

Miramar beach condo

This is located ocean front and steps to beach. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved the privacy of the master bedroom balcony and its view of the beach below. Pompano Joes just steps down the beach. We had a great stay here.

Right on the beach

Great place, walk right on the beach. Very clean! The only complaint is parking! It sucks!! Won’t stay here again because of parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time to the area. The condo was perfect with 2 balconies and an amazing view of the ocean. There are steps that lead right to the sand. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is easy access to many restaurants and there is ice cream right across the street. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property and Owner

This property is spot on! You cannot beat the location if you would like to be steps away from your beach chair! The home is in pristine condition and spacious. The layout is perfect for families or for a friend getaway. Lisa is super Fast to respond And she fully Accommodated our needs! We hope to be back soon and highly recommend this house!

An easily attainable bucket-list item. Extremely convenient and superior location. The bedroom facing the beach is a dream to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. Will do again without hesitation or thinking. Mattresses could be better if I had to list a con.

We have been staying in the Sand Dollar Townhomes for years now & can't imagine not staying so close to the beach & restaurants & stores. They aren't super fancy but they are comfortable & clean. I did feel like the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable but we survived. Sometimes you sacrifice certain things to have a great location & being directly on the beach.

absolute wonderful experience. My only complaint is the master shower is like a leaking faucet. A new showerhead will help. Beyond that it was a gorgeous location, gorgeous condo and just an overall wonderful experience. If I could give it to six I would. 😊

Spectacular Snowbird Stay!

This was our first experiment with snowbirding to escape a bit of the winter in Colorado and we could not have been happier with this oceanfront condo as our home away from home! We stayed for almost two months, which gave us a really good feel for the property and the area. Miramar Beach itself is exceptional with it’s white sugar sand! This condo was really nice both inside and out. The furniture was cozy and the finishings were pretty. The two balconies overlooking the ocean were beautiful with direct access downtown the stairs to the beach! And we met some really nice neighbors who were also snowbirding, which made the stay even more pleasant! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a short or long term stay!

We left it cleaner than we found it. Main bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Coffee Maker was terrible. Toiletries were cheap(only provided hand soap). Need proper cable Roku sucks and clicker broken. Dishes in dishwasher dirty. Tiny parking was not explained clearly. Towels and washcloths were cheap. Lounge chairs on deck broken. Expected more for the price. Location was wonderful and beach service was good except they picked things up at 3:30 if you were not in the chairs.

Steps to beach

I first want to say this rental is the prime location. My husband didn’t have lug umbrellas and chairs or ice chests!!! my only problem with this rental is the parking. I read the other reviews and I thought maybe people were just complaining, but it is a true situation. They advise you to either bring a sedan or midsize vehicle which most people with families do not have it was a struggle and very stressful. I really wish that they could get that situation fixed because we really enjoyed our stay and we would actually rent again.
