Petit week-end avec mon amie d'enfance pour fêter nos 60 ans. Un TRÈS bon accueil, une gentillesse, aux petits soins pour nous. Petit déjeuner parfait dans un beau décor comme toute la propriété. Tout est très propre et d'une belle décoration.

Je vous ai appelé hier pour discuter d'un changement de date de réservation pour une date ultérieure, vous m'aviez dit que vous étiez d'accord sur le principe et que je pouvais contacter expedia pour faire le necessaire s'ils voulaient bien... L'offre que vous avez proposé par sms est ridicule, sachant que le site expedia etait pret à rembourser moins les frais, le tout dans votre etablissement... Si vous n'aimez pas Expedia, vous n'avez qu'à vous retirer du site et arreter de pretexter une quelconque mainmise. Et comme vous avez encaissé votre dû, je ferai de même en ajoutant ma propre pierre à vos avis. Je suis déçu de votre approche privilégiant le profit à court terme. Puissent ces 150 euros vous rassasier. Car je ne serai pas un des vos clients, et je me ferai un plaisir de signaler votre comportement a l'organisation ITER pour eviter que d'autres viennent. Un contrat synallagmatique est d'abord une promesse; promesse que vous n'avez pas tenu, tout d'abord en me disant hier que vous etiez pleinement pour le voucher et subitement changer le lendemain. Votre mauvaise volonté vous désservira... Monsieur, Dans notre différent tripartite je suis le seul à vous faire une proposition de compensation pour une offre non annulable et non remboursable.
