Secluded fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 full bath home setting on a 1000 acre reservoir. 30 privet acres surrounded by millions of acres of public land open to all sorts of out doors activities.

Watch the Sunrise or Set on are XL wood backporch facing the Lake, while the kids are having fun in the backyard next to the camp fire or playing horse shoes. Or your laying in the hammock with a glass of wine as the fresh Utah summer breeze hits your face, all the noise from city is non-existent. Take a short walk to the edge of the Reservoir. Cast your line try to reel in a monster. We have fishing poles on the property plus Kayaks w/paddles.

Ive stayed here a few times, when fishing Minersville over the years. It's a nice place, roomy, quiet. big deck, nice grass yards. It's clean. Id recommend it if your looking to get away from hustle and bustle.

Just what we needed

This home is pretty secluded, which is just what we were looking for. The property manager was very kind and easy to work with. We soaked in the best parts of summer, cooking out, fishing, lounging in a hammock, s’mores, staying up late and playing board games. This house was perfect for our end of summer vacation.

Spring Break getaway with National Parks stops

Great property, quiet and remote, but easy to get to. We stayed here to get away from the city. We visited Bryce Canyon and my hubby and oldest daughter did some rock hounding in the local area. Great little get away.
