Important Lake Level Information

Please read before booking: Lake Anna is currently experiencing significantly reduced water levels due to ongoing drought conditions. At this time, there is no water at the dock located behind the property, and the dock cannot currently be used for direct lake access, boating, swimming, fishing, or launching watercraft.

However, guests who bring a boat can utilize the free community boat launches nearby, and the property has ample space for parking a boat and trailer during your stay. Private community beach access is also approximately a 10-minute walk from the home.

Because lake levels are outside of the property owner's and management company's control and may fluctuate, guests traveling specifically for boating or water activities are encouraged to reach out prior to arrival for the most current information.
