the location and home were fantastic for our family gathering from 3 different states. Each bedroom allowed for privacy and the living / gaming spaces, deck and lake house allowed for everyone to gather or spread out as needed. The lake was beautiful and easily visible from the rooms, deck and balconies. Would love to return.

Fun family getaway with boating, kayaking, and movie night!

We had so much fun during our family vacay for our dad’s birthday!!! The home is beautiful and we loved the new boat house, the movie room and the swim spa!! One of the highlights was renting a boat through DV rentals! Communication between Daniel and his team was exceptional!!

Amazing house! It has everything you need, or don’t need! Adults and Kids loved it! Clean, modern and huge! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, towels and other items!Nice access to the lake, kayaks and paddle boards were available in the house too!

Great house - perfect for large groups

We were very satisfied with the home. It was very spacious and there were ample beds/bedrooms for our large group. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The movie theatre and large hot tub were big hits. The paddle boards and kayaks were a very nice bonus that made our stay more fun.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. I cannot stress how wonderful this place was and I would not hesitate to rent it again. For our group, this is the new bar that anything else will be measured against. Five stars across the board - rent it before it's booked solid - you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks!! The WilliamsCon Gang

A Perfect Family Getaway at the Lake!

Our family of 15 stayed at this lake house and it exceeded all our expectations! The home is spacious and clean offering plenty of room to spread out, with beautifully decorated bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for our large group. We enjoyed family meals at the big dining table(s) and loved the large family room for watching the Olympics. The deck was great for morning coffee, and the private dock was a hit for swimming and kayaking. The swim spa and outdoor fire pit were also big favorites. The hosts were very responsive and provided many thoughtful amenities. From the ample supply of towels and linens to the board games and DVDs for rainy days, every detail was taken care of. This house truly has it all — beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and an abundance of activities for everyone. Our family made unforgettable memories, and we can't wait to return! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway.

Best House We Have Ever Stayed In

We have been coming to Lake Anna for 10 years, and this was the best house experience we have ever had. The communication from the property was excellent, clear and quick to respond. The listing details were accurate and fully showcased the perks of the house. For a new home there were a few small maintenance things we had to follow up on but received quick feedback and action. (So quick that maintenance people just showed up at the house with no warning, but we can overlook that). The house was easy to access and very clean upon check in. Also, great parking space for a larger home (we needed 12 spots since our friend group was coming from different places) and the house details (number of bathrooms, towels, 2 fridges, a pantry and Buter's pantry) and community gathering space) is perfect for a home that sleeps 20. A wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the basics and the right quantity such as more than one cutting board. We cooked all meals at the house for 19 people and had everything we needed. Our only notes for future folks, there is NO shade other than under the deck or under the dock deck so plan accordingly with sunscreen and maybe a popup canopy (if you want to be in the grass, there is nothing to be under). Also, there is no connecting walkway from the house to the dock, so plan for muddy feet and shoes, so an extra pair of easy outside shoes is helpful. We have never stayed in a house that we felt was so prepared and welcoming for us as guests!
