Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication
All is fine with the company until you check out. They claim you’ve damamged something and take the £200 deposit without anything more than a few short texts. They say they’re an online company and can’t speak on the phone. Then won’t let you see the damage, just say the cleaner has reported it. Terrible customer service and fraudulent. Avoid
