Beautiful home and location. Right on the beach, gorgeous view, quiet community. Would definitely recommend for romantic or family vacation or long weekend. Property had everything we needed.

Trash cans were confusing. We weren’t sure which ones were ours or the neighbors. Toilet paper and hand soap were not stocked. I also did not see where the linen package was available for purchase. Location was perfect and the beds were all comfortable. The view from the upper sun room was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and it also had a dining table that was big enough for everyone in our group. The second fridge in the basement came in handy too. Overall it was a great experience.

The view is spectacular and the beach was steps away with few people. The main living spaces of the house and décor is gorgeous, with beautiful views from both living rooms. But this place misses all the personal touches of renting from a person versus a rental company.The cons - and there were many. The property description was vague, linens are only provided for additional charge – which are dropped off outside of the house. For a house of this quality, linens should be included. After we booked the non-refundable trip and paid the ridiculous additional insurance, we received an email stating that linens, garbage bags, and other items including toilet paper (a new one for me) were not provided. The parking situation - terrible. If you have anything larger than a standard-size car, good luck. There is a narrow path to the house with a utility pole on one side, a fence on the other, and a house in front of it with multiple cars. Since that house was occupied, it was difficult to get our truck into the driveway. We literally backed the whole way down the street to pull into the driveway. The master bedroom is a converted garage that still has the visible garage door inside. The ceiling height in parts of the bedroom area is under 6 ft. We spent half the time crouching around hoping we wouldn’t run into it. But they did add reflectors which were interesting. Also, the threats of being charged for turning down the A/C or doing more than two loads of wash were off-putting.

Beautiful Bay Views

There was a bit if confusion out the gate as a Real Estate company handles the booking, not VRBO but once that was figured out it was smooth. Good: Amazing views. Spent much of the stay staring out the windows. Kitchen was well equipped. House is clean and well maintained. Easy beach access. Bay is relatively warm and very calm.Things to note: If you have older adults with you or toddlers, theres a ton of steps. The second king bed is in what is essentially a finished garage on the ground floor. There is no dishwasher. There is really no outdoor space other than the back yard. The flies on the beach are brutal when the wind is blowing west. Overall great stay. Met lots of friendly locals and enjoyed the scenic views and sunsets. Would absolutely rent again.
