The home is exquisite! Every room was extremely clean and well designed and decorated. There was more than enough space for our family of 8. The neighborhood is beautiful and the stay included access to all resort activities ( pool, kayak, pickle ball, weight room, etc) . The communication with the hosts was excellent prior and during the stay. The kitchen and living room area was spacious had all amentities were included. The backyard was ample for our outside needs. The only drawback is the beach is a 15 minute drive away but that did not damper our happiness for the home and area. Rate 10/10.

Our stay was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Your home is beautiful and has everything you need from kitchen to beach amenities. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the toys and games provided. The location is great! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

We stayed at this beautiful beachy home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and did not leave anything out for an enjoyable stay. From the warm decor, comfortable beds, easy access to the pools with one directly across the street., beach shuttle within walking distance and Sandee our host even left a hospitality/welcome basket upon our arrival. Very nice! I would definitely love to come back! This home was spacious enough for our family of 12 to have plenty of space to spread out. Our grandkids spent most of their time watching TV and playing games upstairs after the beach or pool while us adults enjoyed visiting in the kitchen and outdoor patio space. Oh yes, and the ping pong table in the garage was also a big hit. Thank you Sandee and Curt for a memorable vacation!

We loved that the location was central to the many beaches. The owners were absolutely lovely and amazing to deal with. The house had everything we needed and more. My granddaughter was sad to leave, in her words “ mawmaw I wanna stay here, this house is beautiful “.

Golf weekend

We had a wonderful time staying here during our golf vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and there was plenty of room for our 8 person crew. Sandee and Chad were very responsive and went above and beyond with the amenities they provided. It was really nice not having to worry about buying a linen package. Having access to the club house with a gym was an added bonus. There was plenty to do in the evenings with the games they provided, including the ping pong table and the Pac Man machine. We will be happy to return here next year for our spring golf trip.

3 generation vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation this year! This house had everything we needed. It was very clean and Sandee was wonderful to deal with. We used the bikes every morning, the pools and the pickleball court.

BEST PLACE

We were a family group of 12. .... 8 adults and 4 children 7-10 yrs old. The house was VERY well equipped with toys for the outside as well as the inside. Sandee could not have been more helpful!! We had a great time!!

We're coming back!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was the perfect size for our 13 family and friends ranging from 5 to 76. The upstairs 'game' room was awesome for the kids to have a place to hang out. Every member of our vacation party was impressed; the house and community had everything we needed. One of the pools was immediately across the street so smaller groups could go there to hang out and wait for the rest before we headed to the beach. The beach shuttle was incredibly convenient and also just across the street. The larger pool was amazingly family friendly and never crazy crowded. Everything we needed from towels to can openers were there. The local frogs, though not provided by Sandee, were an awesome distraction to our Californian nephew. Couldn't have asked for more. Sandee was fantastic! She provided very detailed and clear information and knew right when to send it. Just as I was wondering about details, there they were. While we were there, we had a question and she got back to us very quickly. She even provided a very thoughtful welcome basket. Honestly, in post-vacation conversations, we couldn't think of anything we would change. We will be back!

Family Wedding Weekend

The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed. There was plenty of room for 10 adults, very spacious, modern and new. Beds were extremely comfortable. This property deserves the highest A+.

Amazing Hosts

This place was amazing. The hosts provided plenty of amenities and entertainment for small and grown up kids. They provided a nice welcome bag anything else you could imagine. From beach chairs, inflatable beds, extra pillows and blankets, the list goes on. Ocean city was a half hour or so away but well worth the drive for the hospitality.
