Golf course views! Just steps to The Village Pavilion (with its pools, tennis courts, and more) and the golf course's clubhouse, this fantastic two-story townhome offers great accommodations within minutes to the beach. In addition to its screened porch and open deck, the home's main level features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a primary suite with private bath. The top floor is home to the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles from the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Wonderful Property

This house is wonderful, and it's stocked with lots of great kitchen and beach supplies. The new system of making your own beds and stripping them was not my favorite compared to other rental companies. I also think there may have been a pet in the house as we have extreme allergies and could tell after the first night that we were reaching to animal hair somewhere in the carpet or air. It might just be important to consider for future renters. My only other feedback would be to just give renters keyless entry from the beginning. We ended up getting it a few hours before check-in, but prior rental companies provided the code the day before and it was smoother.
