I wish the bed was softer. I know some people like a firm mattress but I couldn't sleep on it. Just too firm

Definitely need of updates, however clean and friendly staff make up for it. We went up there to hike so spent limited time in room, but pleased with the service.

This property was situated behind a Walgreens store, difficult to see and not at all looking like an "Inn and Suites." We were the only ones there which initially led me to believe they were closed. Upon entering the lobby, there was a terrible odor and I was thinking about leaving for another hotel, but it was late. We decided to stay, the room was clean, overlooking a closed pool. There was no breakfast, as was indicated to be included on the reservation, a discount was applied for this. Although the hotel was close to where we wanted to be, I would not return. Not sure if it was all about the COVID situation, but it was not a guest freindly looking hotel.

Layout is unique. There are many activities available such as billiards. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort and have pride in their property. Some of the decor is a bit outdated- I guess it is a matter of taste.

The amenities are great. It had a huge indoor pool and it was relaxing in the hot tub after hiking at Baxter State Park.

Pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast at 8am did not have much left. Had to ask at desk to have a fresh pot of coffee. She did care of it but reluctantly. She had no other guests but us to take care of.

Great friendly owner and staff. Clean rooms, decent price, no complaints.

Hotel was close to Mt. Katahdin. We were there to pick-up your son, end of AT hike. the room was clean.

The Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the room cleanliness and pool facilities. The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of hiking.

Good hotel, good experience. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

The only thing disappointing was that the lobby and hallways were hot. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Found hair in draw of dresser and the chairs in the rooms could be more comfortable.

Quiet and clean, it's definitely not luxury. But if you are looking for something close and quick to white water rafting, this is a perfect hotel.

it was in good location to Baxter State Park. Room generally comfortable, with decent beds, so worth the value of stay if your not looking for fancy but reasonably comfortable stay. Has refrigerator so that was nice.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Kids loved the indoor pool. Dog friendly with great outside area for dogs to exercise. Breakfast could be better. Clean and comfortable.

Right near the beach! Good place to stay if you want to hang out on the beach

Pros: The rooms are very dated but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area. The breakfast is basic (cereal, English muffins, bananas, milk, juice, coffee, tea), but it was nice to have it included. New dry sauna. Cons: Bed was a bit hard. Fitness facility limited and old equipment.

This hotel met our expectations, good location, neat and clean. The pool and hot tub were directly outside of our room and were accessed by a sliding door off our room (could be noisy if it was busy). We stayed for two night during a trip to Mt. Kathhdin earlier this fall.

was ok will not go there again they gave me a smoking room they over boked tat night it was not fun for a non smoker
