My wife and I were very surprised that the property was as clean as it was. Good job to the staff for cleanliness.
The staff was great. I didn't like the fact that the room wasn't cleaned througout the three nights I was there. Also, the blanket was of the wool-military type (the one that requires a sheet for seperation).

I liked that the room was very clean the only thing I would add is a blow dryer in the room. I also appreciated there was a bible in the room

The property was definitely not "newly renovated" as their website suggests. There was a broken vent and huge paint chips missing from the walls, not to mention a bunch of dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. Housekeeping was minimal (fresh towels, bed cover haphazardly thrown up over the pillows). Upon arrival the front desk staff tried to tell me "my husband" had cancelled my reservation and they were fully booked. I had just driven 6 hours with 3 kids under age 8 so I wasn't pleased. They managed to find a room for me after moving things around. I would suggest calling to confirm your reservation after using a third party site to book for this particular hotel. I would also highly suggest that the property add light blocking curtains in the front windows as the exterior lights were shining in and made it impossible to sleep. Thank goodness it was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for! On the plus side, it was conveniently located to the town's restaurants and Walmart.

OREN, SORRY ABOUT THE ROOM CLEANINGS BUT WITH COVID WE ONLY GO INTO THE GUEST ROOMS IF YOU STAY 5 DAYS OR MORE. TOWELS, TOILETRIES AND OTHER SUPPLIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK OR BY SPEAKING TO A CLEANING PERSON WHEN YOU SEE THEM, AS EXPLAINED ON OUR HANDOUTS WHICH ARE GIVEN WITH THE RECEIPT.
