Cottage review

The cottage it self was cute. The furniture and fixtures are very old and dated. No decor in the cottage. With it being located in Amish country, we had it thought it would have been decorated as such. It was not very clean. When we tried to play cards on the table they stuck to the table from it being so sticky. Grime came out of the jet tub when turned on.

Serene and peaceful

The setting was private and the horse farms surrounding it made for a very peaceful stay. The website lists the property as 3200 sq. ft. but actual walkable sq footage is really about 2400.

We would definitely come back

Super cute community! Cottage was cozy and inviting (a little weird that bedrooms didn't have doors, but not a problem). Grass was super long which was hard for our tiny dog. Wonderfully quiet there. Neighbor was very rude because we had 2 small cars and they had 2 giant jacked up hillbilly trucks and he came pounding on our door at 830 at night wanting us to move. Overall an 8 out of 10! Thank you!

Fun and quiet stay!

Beautiful Cottage

This was the most relaxing VRBO stay I've ever had. The cottage was so comfy and cozy and the area was so peaceful and quiet. Close to all that Amish country has to offer and the layout of all the cottages in a circle, made for a perfect walking area to work off all the great Amish food.

My husband and myself stayed here about 10 years ago. It was a beautiful property then and is still very nice. It's away from everything but close enough to enjoy everything. I love the mornings here. So peaceful!!!

Country living close to town

Surrounded by fields of horses, a beautiful little cottage on nicely landscaped quiet country lane; you can be in Berlin in 4 minutes, MIllersburg in 10, yet you'll never hear traffic. Love the fireplaces with the stone work, they put out a lot of heat! Hubby says "comfy bed".
