Very comfortable, All the neighbors were friendly, close to activities like Arnold Park and the Iowa rock 'n' roll Museum, and the roof garden. I would highly recommend this cozy house. Jackie was very responsive to messages and calls. Thank you very much for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was perfect for our family. It's clean, calm, and quiet. We have 4 kiddos and the house fit us all wonderfully. Everything we needed was available and we settled in right away / felt like our home away from home. The communication with the host was always quick and we felt cared for!

Great house-loved the location-enjoyed the kayaks- back deck to fish off of was amazing- we loved the fire pit! Negatives- one of the single beds upstairs wasn’t sturdy/made noises so my son had to sleep on coach/little musty smell in home and patio cushions outside were soaked so good thing we brought our own chairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were wonderful—super accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. The house itself was perfect for our needs: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better—easy access to West Lake. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location was excellent , close to everything but very quiet . Fishing was excellent right from the dock. Beds were comfortable, but the house could use some updates as the carpet was stained and the master bathroom was very small. Host was easy to reach and agreeable. I would recommend this property , especially if you enjoy fishing right at your back door. Overall, we enjoyed our stay .
