The property was very clean, well maintained. The only issue was the bathroom size, it is very small. It could use an outlet and a towel rack or hooks.We will definitely recommend to others and when we come visit our daughter in Milford we will try to stay again. The animals were a great bonus; cows, a dog and kittens etc. While staying at the house we also got to witness God's beauty with an amazing sun set.

We wanted a place that was private and a bit away from the lakes and this little house fit the bill perfectly. We'd highly recommend it. It's an easy drive to get anywhere in the lakes area and Spencer so it was a great fit for us.

This was such a charming little country home to stay in!! The perfect amount of space my husband, 4 kids (23 yr old, 16 yr old and 19 mos old twins), and I! The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and being away from the Okoboji scene out in the country was the perfect ending to each night! ALSO, we loved hearing the cows!! We got to meet Cole, such a friendly host! I would most definitwly choose this property over and over again!! Only about a 20 min drive to Barefoot and all those fun spots, and same for many restaurants in the surrounding areas. Perfection! Thank you again to Cole and family for letting us stay in your cute guest house!!
