First time staying at this property, but the whole experience was really good. The check in was easy, with clear messaging before we arrived of where to go and the member of staff gave clear instructions on how to find the property/ room we were staying in. The use of key boxes really helped. The location was great, as not right in the centre, be really good access links via the metro. The only small issue was the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Using WhatsApp to message the reception was really good, we had to use it once to get some more toilet roll, which they delivered

It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance.

Conforto e limpeza

Quarto grande, tudo novo, recém reformado. Banheiro também era grande. Tudo muito limpo, cama grande e confortável. Só a localização é um pouco distante do centro e um pouco esquisito, mas é um detalhe irrelevante. 10 minutos do metro e uns 5 min andando do ponto de ônibus.
