The place is was nice, but not easy to get to. The check in was long and the customer service wasn’t great, They lost our reservation, then never apologised for the 20 min wait at reception when they eventually found it.

Brilliant Hotel

If I came to Milan again I would definitely stay in this hotel again. As long as you don’t mind a 10 min walk to Pero station and 25 mins on the metro

Property was very nice and very large. It appears they do much of their business with tour and convention groups. You need to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the metro stations or places to eat out. They have their own restaurant; breakfast was good. Had dinner and room services, which didn't turn out well at all. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Wished it had a coffee machine or water kettle to make coffee. TV had one English speaking channel, F24. Parking underground was convenient. Overall we had a good three day stay.

The area around the hotel was very dirty. I understand that’s not their fault. But the breakfast menu was abismal at best. Very dissatisfied with freshness and overall taste and variety of it all. I would probably stay here again and just avoid their restaurant.
