Good location a 10min nice walk to the duomo through the road via dante. Very friendly staff. Excellent room cleaning. Not very crowded with people the receptionist would be free with no one at it in most time of a day which is excellent dont have to que up to get a taxi or ask a question :) Very nice rooms but the doors slams when they close😂 we had a very nice view from the window. Limited breakfast but good.
Stayed here for a weekend whilst over for the Grand Prix. Found it to be a nice clean hotel, with good facilities and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable too! Shops, bars and restaurants are within easy reach. I would happily stay here again.
Location is great. I had a refurbished room with huge space and free bar. The lobby must be refreshed while the breakfast is not in line with a 4* hotel. Also the beauty products (shampoo etc) are of poor quality. Would be amazing if it could beloing to a major hotel chain.
This is not a fancy hotel, but the people here try to make it feel like your home. There's even a pillow menu so you can get the pillow most similar to what you usually sleep on! If you forget your toothbrush, razor etc. in the bathroom there's a list of items they are able to supply at no extra charge. The buffet breakfast, (on Saturday it was served until 11) is very generous and has just about everything you could want. Fresh fruit, fruit salad, yogurt, cold cereal, breads, cheeses, cold cuts and on and on. Orange juice, coffee and tea, cappuccino etc. are all served at your table. As far as the rooms, they are comfortable in every respect and I've always had both a safe and refrigerator in the room. The location is perfect as besides being in a central area it is near bus stops and the underground (metropolitana) stop is just out side. This is a business hotel and if there are conventions in town it fills up quickly. Reserve ahead!
Stayed at Hotel Cusani for 5 nights and couldn't fault the hotel. Great value. The location was perfect for discovering Milan, all within easy walking distance. breakfast was included and adequate.Room was clean and comfortable.
We have stayed at this hotel twice- end of July and middle of August. It is located central to the shopping and eating areas. The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and supplied with all requirements. Free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room. Milk is not supplied.
We chose this hotel for a spontaneous weekend trip so we booked it right on the same day woth our arrival. The checkin was ok, maybe a bit slow. The rooms were spatious and clean but with the tipical italian decor, and by that I mean old. Breakfast was ok but not with a big choice of foods so on our third and last morning we were a bit bored by the same choices. What I really loved about this hotel and why I will probably choose it again, is it's location. Right next to the metro station but just a short 10 minutes walk to the Duomo, 10 min to the Brera zone with it's lovely restaurants and just in front of the station where you can get the buses to the shopping outlets. Basically everything it's within walking distance.
From here we explored Milan. Everything was walking distance including the duomo, Galleria, La Scala, the Sforza Castle, the Last Supper. Evening strolls to near by restaurants provided a relaxed end to the day.
Hotel is close to everything in qalling distance. Nice updated rooms. Decent breakfast. Very helpful front desk. Only problem we stayed on 5th floor wguch us top flr. It was very hot in rooms. A/C couldn't cool down room any lower than 77 degrees. Never any cooler.
Very attentive staff , excellent sized rooms , immaculately clean, sensational location close to all the attractions and nearby visitors centre making it easy to organise and attend tours to where ever.
