Stayed in this hotel as a couple in April 2018 for four nights. A massive advantage was the location - less than a ten minute walk to Centrale station which directly connects to airports and has a metro stop. It took about 40 minutes to walk to the centre of Milan which is also only four metro stops away. It felt like a safe area when walking back in the evening. Another good thing was a late check out - 12pm. The hotel was very clean and had what looked like a really good gym. We didn't use the bar as really it was some chairs next to a drinks cabinet but it would have been ok for one. Breakfast was fine, continental with toast, pastries, cheeses, meats, cereal etc. You had to order coffee/tea rather than help yourself and there was an extra charge for orange juice. We found the staff at times to be helpful and friendly but at other times a bit dismissive. Now the room - we stayed on the third floor. It was again very clean but really quite cramped. There was a rail with six coat hangers but no where else to put clothes. It did have a safe which was useful. There was no tea and coffee making things. The bathroom had a bidet which meant there was very little room in there and a little tricky to get out the shower although this was very powerful. There was a bottle of showergel/shampoo but no other toiletries and only one glass. There were two bath towels but no hair towel. There was a fridge. The room was very loud due to traffic noise, horns, sirens, people on the street etc and this woke us up during the night and early in the morning. Something I really didn't like was housekeeping moving our things unnecessarily e.g. putting make-up and toiletries I had laid out back in a bag and rearranging the bedside table. On the last day I had gotten fed up with having to move everything back again so left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door while we went out in the morning but came back to the same thing regardless!
It was really close to the Milan central station. Hotel is clean and quite new but at night it was really cold and loud inside the room. Additionally the breakfast was really poor. I know it was an italian style breakfast but really could be better.
Good quality for the money. Nice hotel in the center at only 10 minutes walk fro the Central Railway Station. NIce room and good service. I didn't have time to try the breakfast but the running treadmill and the small gym were really functional. I will go back again.
Really good hotel. It’s convenient located near centrale station, where you can get a direct coach to and from bergamo airport. Close to buses and metro (5-10 minutes depending on each one). The hotel is modern, nice and clean. I stayed in a single room facing the back of the building and it was comfortable and quiet. I was very impressed by the breakfast. Really nice food and plenty of choice. The staff was friendly.
Perfect for a short stay near the central station. Everything was good. Nice room and quiet given central location. Breakfast was OK, nice friendly staff. I would recommend for a short stay in central location.
Is this a room with view on the city??? N.O! The worst "hotel" in Milan: tight, dirty/dusty free DOWNgrade of the room, no free wifi (does not work), no heating...i dont even want to talk about the 0 level of Receptionisits. A massive waste of money. Seriously disappointed. Do NOT book in here!!!
Very close to the central train station. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine waiting in the room for us. Modern beauty and amenities. Hotel staff were very helpful suggesting a restaurant for lunch - which was excellent!
Surprised to find a modern - just renovated for 1 year hotel for 1 night transit. And comes with hot breakfast. EUR77 for 1 person. Stone's throw to the train station. Staff is very professional. Early check in at 9am cannot be entertained which is understandable. Luggage was nicely placed in room upon return at 6pm. Room size is small but manageable but with a sizeable bathroom. Good value stay!
Staff member here was very rude when we checked in, getting visibly aggravated when we didn't have our passports to hand. We also had our car broken into in the street outside the hotel and when we asked for assistance in finding police/glass repair services he shrugged and said there was nothing the police could do to help - not a wonderful first impression. The hotel is fine and the bedrooms are comfortable enough. Just this staff member really let it down for me.
The hotel has a good location as it is 10 minute walk from the Central station. However, the walk near the hotel is not very safe during late hours. Was disappointed when the staff informed that they have run out of essential toiletries (dental and shaving kits) and will be able to provide them after "2 days"! The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night and no one attended the phone at the reception. So we opened a window and slept throughout the night. In a nut shell, the hotel has major service issues.
