The apartment concept is a cool one. I liked having a washer in the room, since it was towards the end of our trip. They could use additional dressers or places place clothes or to hang towels etc The fire alarm went off early the first morning of our stay. It was hopefully a one time event. But it kept going off all morning starting at 6:30 am. The AC worked great. But they could use black out shades for the windows.

My room had significant plumbing issues: both the sink and bidet were improperly drained, with the sink being notably clogged. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent billing error for an early check-in fee. Despite having paid this fee online prior to my arrival, I was charged for it a second time upon checkout. After three attempts to resolve this with customer service, the issue remains outstanding. This level of service is unacceptable for a Marriott-branded property

5 stars for the staff working there. Very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is very close to the metro and trams . The reason for 3 stars is because I stayed for 3 nights and was woken up at 7:30am for 2 nights because our room was right next to a construction site. The sounds of machine and peoples working made it impossible to sleep and resting after a tiring day of going out. Also , the room had unpleasant smelled like sewers.

We can hear the train noise coming from the street at night. The building door was not working during one of the night we were there. The front desk receptionist is very helpful in terms of our needs. We reserved for 3 people; however, we were given 2 sets of towers and 2 pillows, no sheet, pillow, and cover for the 3rd person.
