Great place in milan

Even though the ask apartment was a little easy out of the center, the public transport network more than made up for. Amazing apartment, well fitted out, really comfortable bed, clean and great neighborhood with some great restaurants.

Stylish, Colorful Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment with décor that features art from diverse cultures. The terrace and small garden offer an outdoor refuge and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A tram stop is right around the corner, and the #19 tram provides a quick trip to Milan’s city center. The hosts, Norma and Pablo, are extremely responsive. Pablo even gave my husband a quick tour of the neighborhood.

Quaint apartment, all that you could need

The space itself is well-lived in and has some style. I loved the garden and the decorations throughout. It is walkable to multiple grocery stores and a short tram or bus ride to the nearest metro stops (I prefer the tram). I am recommend Parco Monte Stella for the best free view of Milan (20 min walk). My only complaints were the shower water pressure is weak and I am 6’4”, so I had to bow my head as the clearance in the shower is low. Not a big deal for a short stay, but I stayed for a month. There is also a dishwasher and kiwi tree in the garden!

Kurzurlaub in Mailand

Ein gelungener erster Abend im Restaurant direkt um die Ecke,den Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür und die Bahn in das Zentrum ebenso; die Tickets dafür gibt es auch direkt nach 2 min. Fussmarsch käuflich zu erwerben. Die Wohnung hatte alles,was wir brauchten. Eine Flasche Wasser wurde uns hingestellt, die Handtücher lagen bereit und das Bett brauchte man nicht beziehen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr entspanntes ankommen. Pablo gab uns noch einen Plan,auf dem er uns alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. erklärte. Vielen Dank dafür.

Clean, close to everything and good hospitality

The Internet and utilities works very well, walking distance to the supermarket, mall, pharmacy and right beside public transportation stop, also easy access to Duomo through tram, I definitely recommend and I will come back next trip if is available.

Appartement au RdC très agréable, bien situé.

Nous étions quatre et l'appartement nous a plu. Couchage correct ainsi que la salle de bain et l'alimentation en eau chaude excellente grâce à une chaudière au gaz. La cuisine est bien fournie il manque cependant un grille pain. Nous avons pris nos repas sur la terrasse, très agréable. Pour nous rendre au centre ville nous prenions le tramway ligne 1 qui est à 100 m et en 30 mn nous étions sur la place du DUOMO. Notre séjour a duré 6 jours, 4 pour Milan, 1 pour le pavillon Italien de l'exposition internationnale (ticket spécial métro à 5€ AR) et 1 jour pour le lac de Côme (train à la gare Domodossola). La personne qui nous à accueillie est Pablo. jeune homme dynamique qui nous a bien renseigné. En espérant que ce petit compte-rendu vous rassure pour la location .

Génial!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Milan mes enfants et moi. La maison est située dans une vois privée très calme. Elle est à une vingtaine de minutes en tram du centre de Milan. La maison est fonctionnelle et Pablo ( la personne qui nous a accueilli) est très serviable. Je recommande.

Ruhig in einer Privatstrasse gelegen. Sehr gut an das Stadtzentrum trotz ca. 20 minütiger Fahrzeit mit der Tram Linie 1 angebunden. Die Wohnung schön eingerichtet und sauber. Schöner kleiner gepflegter Garten mit Terrasse die zum Sitzen einlädt. Dusche statt Whirlwanne wäre empfehlenswert. Doris & Ottmar

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut; aber ziemlich weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Wohng ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Garten hübsch angelegt.
