The recently renovated apartment with Air Conditioned is located on the first floor of an elegant building and overlooks the internal courtyard. It is only 6 minutes' walk from the central station and therefore very easy to reach. The 55 square meter space is divided into a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and large living room with an open kitchen. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (with an internal mattress of 140x190cm) which, if necessary, can accommodate a further two guests.
