I have been travelling to Milan for work every month for a year now and I have never stayed in a hotel with such bad service as in Nhow Milan. First the staff at the reception is not welcoming or helpful at all. Second, the housekeeping is the worst. They only arranged my bed after the first night. I had used the bathrobe and put in on the floor so they could replace it however they took it and didn’t hand a new one. So I took a towel but when I opened it notice a big black stain on it. I had used the shower gel on the first night and they also didn’t replace it with a new one on the second day. This is not the worst part, when I told the reception about it the second day, they said they were going to send someone right away to my room. I went up to my room, went to the toilet and someone from the staff knocks once, doesn’t wait for 10 seconds and opens the door on me. This atrocity didn’t only happen once, not even 1h later, another guy from housekeeping opens the door on me. When I call the reception to complain they said its my fault for not putting the do not disturb paper outside my door. Does anyone find this Normal? This is the last time I stay in this hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone. I will be staying at my usual hotel next time.

Modern hotel in the trendy Milan's Navigli area. Rooms are spacious, calm and well equipped. Nice walk-in shower, satellite tv... buffet breakfast is generous and ok quality (pity not to have fresh from bakery croissants). The hotel also has a nice gym with steam room.

To my person: Italian, 44 y/o, fashion, lifestyle and food-lover. I was there with my love, who works for a fashion label and has an eye for extravagant. At the arrive at the hotel, I remarked, that I made the reservation for the day before. The hotel employee was very kind to cancel the reservation and made a new one, with an upgrade to the junior-suite at the same price. And that was WOW! The room was absolutely amazing. The location where the hotel is located is near to the navigli, the nightlife of Milan and also near to the 'alternative' Milan. Designer and architects will love the location. The lobby, the furniture of the whole hotel is really high class. Also the breakfast is very delightful and full of clean eating food. We recommend this hotel to all fashion and lifestyle lovers.

Wonderful place! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the location is close to the metro and walking distance to shops, the service at the hotel is very friendly, safety and quality is outstanding.

Our team stays here every Fashion week and we are still treated impersonally altough we pay 400€ a night for a "regular room". Hotel very design and lovely but an effort must be made on the front desk.

The hotel is nested in an old industrial building, brilliantly designed and filled with art and design pieces at every floor and corner. Reception service was outstanding, and they gave us a 5 stars attention, big thanks to Alessia in particular, but all were exceedingly friendly. They gave us without stress a 5 pm check-out on a Sunday and have a 3 pm checkout policy on that day anyway. Reception hall is grandiose for milan standard, very large and very well designed, while checking in you can get refreshments or cookies from a trolley. We took a midsize room, plenty space and a huge bathroom with a tub. There was an espresso machine in the room, the only con in the room design would be the bathroom to bedroom separation which is a very simple glass door, moving between the toilets entrance and bathroom entrance. Very design but a bit on the edge of comfort. Loocated next to Navigli hood in the fashion district. You need a good 10mns of walk to access the metro at Porta Genova. However both neighbourhoods are lined up with bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi worked well in our room (347) the room was super quiet and very clean. The double bed was a real king size mattress. There are some 20 parking spots for free on the hotel ground (1st come 1st served base). I can confidently recommend the hotel if you are in Milan for the lifestyle rather than fornthr Duomo. We will certainly come back in the future.

We have just checked out from a 4 night stay at the Nhow Milano and it was fantastic! From the moment you walk in you’re made to feel welcomed, they will offer to take your bags to your room so you can head straight to the bar for food and drinks if you wish. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we were out until late most days but I hear that it is very nice. Our room was huge with a bath at the end of our very large bed. The only slight grumble was our room was at the back of the hotel so was quite noisy on a few occasions due to the train line and night club behind. The bar staff and reception staff were very friendly and spoke prefect English. There were a lot of hidden gems close to the hotel to eat out and some cute little cafes for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning! Thank you.

The reception service is, above all, Andrea very kind and efficient. Modern style that I honestly do not like but it's original, clean comfortable. The only negative point was the restaurant for lunch, poor, poor and overly expensive ... 120 euros for two adults and two children. When we sat in the restaurant not all dishes were served in the buffet.

This design hotel has a fantastic lobby area filled with modern art installations. I accidentally tried to check in at the DJ booth. The rooms are big, quiet and comfortable. Huge breakfast selection. There is no hotel bar to hang out in and the small Mc Donald's style Bistro they have offers very poor service with several guests leaving before they could order. This hotel is probably ideal for company functions and such, not for a couple visiting over the weekend.

Stayed here during my business trip to Milan, and can say that the hotel is at a very good location and all the major places are nearby. The hotel is beautifully appointed with different themes in every floor. The rooms are also very well appointed and very well lit. The front desk was very helpful with all the requests. The breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of selection to choose from. Overall a fantastic experience and would love to come back.
