3 bedrooms should mean 3 beds, not daybed couches. No real common space, floors creek when people walk at night, one bathroom was not fully functional, heart of China town and the noise outside was ridiculous. Hard to sleep when people are driving down the road with music blaring, walking and yelling. I didn’t sleep but about 8 hours for the two nights stayed.

Lovely spacious apartment in center of Milan

We stayed for three nights with two adults, two teenagers and two young children. We had ample space. Apartment is well furnished, clean and conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment, we were a group of three couples. Very nice style with wooden floor, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors with mirrors - looks really cool, exactly as in the pictures. Kitchen is new and well equipped. The beds are pull out couches but was not a problem for us. The location is very convenient, close to subway station Moscova, three stops away from the central station. Would recommend!

Nice apartment close to the centre of Milan

We, a group of six friends, stayed three nights in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, and more. Kitchenware in abundance, a washing machine, a dishwasher etc etc. The bedrooms are really big, with more than enough cupboard space. The only problem we had was with the AC, that didn't work at all (well, it appeared to work, but didn't actually do any cooling whatsoever). Because we only stayed for three nights we let it pass, Also, the chairs in the dining room ,although they look nice, are really uncomfortable. When you're traveling with six people, there's no other space to sit together, so you have to sit at the dining table when you want to have a chat. Public transport is quite near: you can take the tram into town. Milan was a very pleasant surprise: a great city to visit. Even when you're not too keen on shopping, there's so much to see and do. Don't forget to visit the Naviglio Grande and it's antique market (every last Sunday of the month)!

Schöne Wohnung, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage

Wir waren 5 Kollegen, die die Wohnung als günstige Alternative zu einem Hotel während einer Konferenz gewählt haben. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafsofas in 3 Zimmern, die zu 6 separaten Betten umfunktioniert werden können. Es gibt zwei Bäder, so dass wir zu fünft trotzdem früh schnell durch waren. Zudem hatten wir 3 Schlüssel zur Verfügung, so dass wir relativ individuell kommen und gehen konnten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, auch für sechs Personen bestens geeignet

Die Wohnung ist recht zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zum Dom sind es mit Metro oder Straßenbahn nur wenige Minuten. Die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung bietet auch für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz und den Komfort von 2 Bädern. Der alte Parkettboden hat einfach Stil. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

Un accueil fantastique par Annamaria dans un très bel appartement

Nous avons pu bénéficier de ce magnifique appartement pendant 5 jours durant les vacances de Noel ( famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants). Tout était parfait : - l'accueil d' Annamaria est un réel plus : Elle a eu l’extrême gentillesse de nous laisser arriver plus tôt ( 9h de du matin) et de nous laisser l'appartement le dernier jour jusqu'à 22h car nous prenions le train très tard. Un vrai plus quand on sait combien coûte la consigne pour bagages et combien il est inconfortable d'attendre à la gare par des températures très froides. - l'appartement est à l'image des photos : de grandes pièces très agréables avec parquets et doubles vitrages, deux salles de bains très fonctionnelles, une cuisine spacieuse et parfaitement équipée ( y compris le nécessaire pour commencer à cuisiner), une literie astucieuse et confortable. Pour les accros à internet, une WIFI performante et la télévision dans toutes les chambres. Par ailleurs, il faisait vraiment froid dehors et l'appartement était très bien chauffé, ce qui est plus qu'agréable lorsque l'on revient d'une longue ballade. - la localisation, près du quartier chinois permet de tout faire à pied. De nombreux supermarchés à proximité. Un très beau marché le samedi et le jeudi où l'on trouve de l'alimentation et des vêtements pas chers ( ce qui est un vrai défi à Milan où les magasins de luxe sont partout) .Ne pas louper la visite gratuite du cimetière de Milan à 5 minutes à pied, qui est à lui seul un musée à ciel ouvert. En conclusion, cette location est un vrai bonheur ! Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Bel appartement. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Bien situé. Quartier paisible. Proche du centre ville, de la station de métro Moskova, des bus, de la gare Garibaldi et des commerces de proximité. L'appartement est bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très affables. Un détail à connaître : les canapés permettent le couchage de deux personnes sur des lits séparés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement milanais. Notre hôtesse était vraiment charmante et attentionnée. L'appartement est à 20 minutes à pied du centre mais pour ceux qui le souhaitent des transports en commun passent à proximité.

Apartment of very good standard and location

We were a family of five and spent 4 days here in early August 2017. We were very happy about the apartment, very good standard, spacious rooms, a quiet surrounding area and walking distance to the Metro station Moscova or Garibaldi. There is also walking distance to grocery store and areas with a lot of modern pubs and restaurants. A very friendly and service minded Annamaria showed us all the facilities of the apartment and was available for us if required. We can strongly recommend this accommodation.

Veldig fint opphold

Vi hadde en utrolig fin tur. Hosten var utrolig hyggelig og alt gikk som det skulle. Absolutt å anbefale! Kommer gjerne igjen. Lå veldig fint til, med ca 15 min gangavstand ned til kateral Duomo. Veldig koselig og fint strøk.
