Had trouble figuring out how to use several things in the apartment and sent a message to Marcello, but did not get any response. Bathroom could have been cleaner. A manual or a page with some basic information on some of the critical items can be very useful to people who come to stay in the future. In general communication should be better.

It was convenient for Lotto town centre and for the Metro station. There is a supermarket very close by. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was comfortable but not luxurious. The main inconvenience it that you have to collect the keys from near to the Central Railway Station, which is 20 minute car journey. For check-in later than 8.00pm an extra 10 euros fee will be charged For check-in later than 1.00am an extra 30 euros fee will be charged
