Sehr laut und hellhörig bis nachts um 3 Party Geräusche.
Bei einem Aufenthalt im Dezember nur ein Bettlaken als Decke und an der Heizung waren die Ventile abgebaut.
Einziger Pluspunkt ist die relativ gute Lage.
