The staff was very helpful and always cheerful. We were staying at level -1 and we couldn't hear any noise from outside. On our last day, we could leave our luggage in the storage room, so we didn't have to carry extra bags. For my next trip to Milan, I will consider booking this hotel again.

The room was clean and modern, the hallway carpet can do with a shampoo. We were given one of the room closest to the reception and was able to hear incoming guests all during our one night stay. I wish I opted for another room.

Very close to the milan central station and friendly and helpful staff, however the soundproofing of the rooms are terrible. We were given the room next to the lifts and service door, and they were moving trolleys in at 4am in the morning. Also the shower had mould and hair in when we arrived.

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is very convenient — just a 5-minute walk to Milano Centrale — but the hotel didn’t meet 4-star standards. Reception staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was very small and lacked basic amenities like disposable slippers, iron, complimentary water or a kettle (we had to request one). Only two flat pillows and a thin blanket were provided — again, we had to call for extras. Staff were nice but very slow to respond. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, which gave us back pain. We found a live bug on the blanket and the room stayed dusty throughout our stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean properly — used cups were left unwashed. The corridors also had a strong, unpleasant smell. If location is your priority, it works. But for the price and 4-star rating, we expected much better quality and cleanliness.

Staff pleasant. Rooms were stylish but dark and cave like. Nowhere to store anything and only 3 coat hangers for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Only one hard pillow each.. had to ask twice for an extra pillow. NO COFFEE OR TEA FACILITIES in the room. For the price paid it should include this. The beds were spacious and comfortable and the room was clean and serviced regularly. The breakfast was ok but we chose to eat elsewhere after the first day as it was very close to lots of restaurants that offer better value for money.
