Le modalità di prenotazione mancano della normale trasparenza e sono tali da configurarsi, a mio giudizio, quale pratica commerciale ingannevole. Mi sono stati addebitati Euro 40,00 per servizi di pulizia, non compresi nell'importo di prenotazione. Tale costo aggiuntivo è indicato in clausole accessorie non trasparenti e che inducono in facile errore, a differenza di strutture similari includono tutte i costi accessori ( compreso le pulizie ), in maniera chiara e trasparente nel costo della camera e quindi della prenotazione. Da evitare o prestare molta attenzione.
