I arrived at a nice property, but the ceiling was low, for me it was a bit problematic, I am six feet tall. But that is the structure and you can't change that. The hot water flow was very weak, and it was no fun to shower; it was very basic. The light in the utility room is not working properly, and there is no light in the dining room at all. In addition, there are serving utensils but no cutlery, I went down to ask a nearby restaurant in shame. These are small things but they make a big difference in the place I paid the most for on a 24-night trip

Italianway appartments are my preferred stay option whether its overnight or for longer. Comfortable, modern, generally spacious, clean and well put together. Only downside?- the seperate cleaning fees added onto the bill. The price on the booking site is always great but then up to €40 can be added on for cleaning services successively making it considerably more expensive for an overnight stay. The agency should differentiate between cleaning costs charged for an overnight stay where a guest doesn't make much 'mess' and a cleaning charge for a longer stay where more cleaning will be required after checkout. At the moment it's unfair to short-stay guests

Hallo, Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Es war eine Wohnung die einen lebensgefährlichen Zugang hatte und im Hauptzimmer konnte man noch nicht mal in der Mitte (!) gerade stehen weil die Decke zu niedrig war! Im Schlafzimmer war es die ganze Zeit laut, weil dort verschiedene Kabeln und provisorische Heizung montiert war. Es gab keine richtige Heizkörper und man hatte die Wahl zwischen kaltem oder lautem Zimmer! Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig eingestellt! Das Schlimmste war die Baustelle die ganze Zeit, was weder gesagt wurde, im Gegenteil man hat mich belogen, es wird nach 1 Tag aufhören! Ich bin bereit maximal 150 € zahlen!! Bitte um Prüfung und Rückerstattung. Die Rechnung habe ich ebenfalls bis heute nicht bekommen. Angeblich stellen Sie die Rechnung aus? Ich bin wirklich sehr täuscht. Danke und viele Grüße MB

Pied à terre pour visites et shopping à Milan

Appartement sous les toits donc très chaud mais climatisation dans la chambre et dans le salon. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et des commerces proches. Nombreux transports en commun à 5 minutes. 1 bémol : la porte de la chambre toute petite ! Les 1ers jours on se cognait la tête tout le temps !!!
