The communication is not great. We received last minute communication that we had to pick up our room keys a 20 min walk away. Was not ideal. Apartment was tidy but the overhead light did not work and there were no rugs on the concrete floor, making it cold.

An okay experience

The apartment itself was what was basic. It had the basic necessities to get by and explore a new city. I will admit spending over 1000 for 4 nights, it should have been better than a motel 6 The location was both good and bad. The good was everything was in walking distance. The bad, I had no idea it would be in a shopping center. Once you stepped out the door, just so many people passing by. I wish I would have paid attention to that before booking. They do respond to email and are available for help. However, I wish there was a go to person. Everytime an email was sent, a new person would respond. No whatsapp Lastly not sure if there was a crack in the sun roof. But mosquitoes kept being killed. Doors were locked and windows were closed but not sure about the sun roof

This was a great property. I would suggest using the Duomo metro stop more often than the stop they tell you to use, as it is much closer to the property. The only problem we had was an infestation of mosquitoes because of the rain. While the skylight is super cool, I believe it caused the mosquitoes to come in and keep coming in, no matter how many we killed. If you stay here and expect rain, INVEST IN A MOSQUITO NET or you will have no sleep.

A little disappointed with the size

In the pictures this apartment seems much bigger than it actually is. Likely due to the high ceilings. It definitely worked but would have been nice to have a bit more space. Also, I’ve never booked a hotel that had so many rules. It was like leasing an apartment for a day really - between having to go to their offices and pick up the apartment keys, and strict rules about separating the trash. Not quite the hotel vibe but then again maybe that’s a positive. It is extremely well located!! Central location - walk out of the building and you’re right in the fashion capital. That was amazing!

Really good location

The location is amazing but is necessary to take the keys at the centro station Milan centrale, they give you the instructions one day before you arrive but is a little bit confused. The apartment is simple but it has what you need for a short visit in Milan.

Appartement : 3 via san pietro All'Orto .Nous avons déposé une réclamation dès le premier jour aupres d italianways, a propos de la propreté, l hygiène et dysfonctionnement ( l appartement n avait pas ete nettoyé avant notre arrivee: poubelle non vidée, sol , éléments de cuisine et vaisselle sales)+ le bac de douche bouché+ le tuyau de douche percé et fuite . Malgre notre signalement, sur 4 jours, personne n est venu contrôler ou réparer. Je pourrai vous adresser la totalite des échanges écrits. J ai été contacté par mail ce matin par italiancustomer ...ils m on informé d un appel téléphonique prochain. Je vous transmets les photos prises . Отличное только расположение

Плюсы: ключи выдают на центральном вокзале; расположение прямо у собора Дуомо. Минусы: очень прокуренное помещение; холодный бетонный пол; странное время подготовки апартаментов к заселению. Заселение в 12:00, но уборка помещения почему-то в 15 часов. Сказали, что можно поставить Чемоданы и пойти погулять. осталось очень неприятное ощущение в целом после того, как попадаешь в грязную квартиру. Пол в апартаментах просто бетонный и покрашенный - смотрится, как грязный. И очень прокуренное помещение - не помогали ни проветривания, ни освежители. Но в целом всё необходимое для нескольких дней пребывания есть. Главный плюс апартаментов - расположение. 2 шага - и ты на площади Дуомо. Но снова в этом месте не остановлюсь.

因為入住與櫃檯地址不同，所以辦理手續有點麻煩，而且在敘述中沒有明確告知櫃檯地址，在米蘭車站找很久才找到，入住後，屋內蚊子真的超多，住宿期間大約打死20隻蚊子，唯一的優點就是地點非常好。

sconsigliato. spesa extra per pulizia che nn era prevista nella prenotazione e l'appartamento non è molto pulito. nei cassetti sotto al lavandino addirittura c'erano dei vestiti (di chi?) sudati e puzzolenti. kit prodotti per il bagno già iniziati e usati da altri. manicotto della doccia rotto e tenuto lì semplicemente appoggiato. lampadine delle abatjour fulminate. peli sulle lenzuola. infestato dalle zanzare. si salva solo la posizione.
