Pretty good

Clean rooms but lights did not work, had to rely on lamps - was sufficient though. Entry code location given was wrong but once found was fine. A/C worked great in all rooms.

Very quiet area. We felt very safe. We even returned several times late at night. Only 2 blocks from the train station. One block from a trolley stop. There is an area in the basement with a washer and dryer. We saved hundreds of dollars by shopping at the nearby ALDI and making breakfast and dinner in the apartment.

Great location

If you are coming to Milan by train, I can't imagine a better location to stay. Less than a 10 minute direct walk from the central station, less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. On the metro it is only a few stops to the Duomo and shopping mall. The appartment feels clean, modern and safe.

Great place, but check in procedure needs work

The apartment is very nice, spacious, modern, and clean. Has all the kitchen accessories you need. Great location, close to the train station, metro, shops and restaurants. However the check in procedure was the worst I’ve experienced. We uploaded the passport info but the approval email didn’t work, and we arrived an hour into the check-in window with no access code or email. We sat on the sidewalk for 90 minutes with two hungry kids, trying to contact the manager with the help from hotels.com support. It says there’s a reception but it is virtual, and they must’ve been on lunch break. I tried to get a refund but we finally reached them where they sent us the city tax payment email and then the access code. Unacceptable, but the place was nice.

After signing and paying for the non refundable room. I was present with a 3 page legal document listing responsibility of every conceivable outcome. I refused to sign losing payment for the room. The legal demands should be presented before taking payment. I stayed at Fast Hotel at Linate. It was excellent in every way. One had to walk through construction to get to the door. I could only find the door by asking a construction worker. I have travelled the world and have never written a critical review. This should be removed from your list.

The apartment door didn’t open with the pass code, so i had to wait for like 15 minutes until they replied my email with terrible instructions to grab the door of the apartment towards me while entering the pass code Moreover the Tv remote battery was ran out and the AC remote battery too The worst thing is that there only 2 tiny pieces of shower shampoo that won’t be enough for a baby shower The WIFI is very very weak and slow The final thing , the main door of the building is too short and i got my head hit I would never have this accommodation again

Good place for short stay in Milan

Great location-handy to Milan central station, good restaurants around (we used the Chinese). Handy to metro and trams. Weather was freezing outside but unit was warm and comfortable. Interaction with company all by email. Not something I’m used to or comfortable with, but it worked perfectly.

Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend!

If all you need is a small bathroom, kitchen, and bed, this place has what you need. It’s centered at Milan central station so you can walk everywhere or take the train to unwalkable destinations. The water heater tank is very small - please note. Also, driving in Milan is comparable to driving in DC or NY so I would recommend taking the train when possible

Great place for someone looking for the convenient location. The kitchenette is great if you want to do a meal there, and the bathroom and bedroom are full of everything you might need. Great for people looking for a touch down space in Milan. Would recommend!!

The property is managed by a company and it shows. A few things needed repairs... like the shower pipes sprayed... a lamp's electrical cord was damaged, the toilet bidet was inoperative and the bed was made up of two ½ queen beds with uneven mattresses. They would move apart as you slept - one side firmer than the other. On the surface the place looked great.

Our most enjoyable stay in Italy! Within 5 minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale Stazione and Mercato Centrale, it was extremely convenient for visiting Milan. Furniture and decor are classy and geared towards opera aficionados. We plan to return during opera session. Great amenities!

Perfect place for my family in Milan

At first it was a little tricky getting in but after calling and speaking to the operator, I was in the wrong place. From that point on, it was a piece of cake and everything was great. I would be happy to stay here again if I am ever in Milan.
