Really poor. Totally no support after 10pm. We arrived late on that night n no one helped on the key arrangement. And it's really difficult for us to get the key, which we had struggled for at least 15 min outside. When we were in, all of the sudden, all electricity gone out. And we were helpless, no one dare to come to help but just email. How come for a foreigner to fix the electricity by ourselves. It's nonsense.

Estadia foi boa. O ruim foi a energia cair toda vez que ligava a maquina de lavar louça. E a água quente achei pouca para sete pessoas. Só isso mesmo.
