The staff of this hotel was EXCELLENT. Very attentive and helpful. They picked us up at the Milan/Linate airport very fast and were great about answering all our travel questions. My problem was that the room they put us in was a smoking room that stunk. I should have switched rooms when they offered, but by then we were unpacked and shoes off. For myself, smoking rooms always make me feel dirty and I wake up with irritated sinuses and a headache. Breakfast was unremarkable. Location near to Linate is great and the free pick up is fast and very nice.
