Lovely hotel, attentive staff and free minibar which was really helpful after a day of exploring. The room was a perfect size, bathroom was great and clean. My room was on the fourth floor facing the quieter side which I really appreciated. Great location wise as it was easy to walk into the centre of Milan.

Nespresso and free drinks and snacks in room filled daily but a small lounge with drinks and nice Gaggia machine for coffee available 24/7. Super convenient access from LIN airport and well connected to the city with stop right in front of hotel. Enjoyed pizza at the restaurant right next door after a long trip, recommended by hotel staff. Would 100% come back. Traveled with two adults and two toddlers in triple room with crib added.

Our first impression upon check-in was disappointing the process was disorganized, communication unclear, and the team seemed unprepared for basic guest handling, the service level felt below expectations, especially as this stay was part of our honeymoon. That said, the Front Desk Manager, Mary Grace, handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. She personally took action to resolve the issues and made every effort to recover our experience she’s a true asset to the hotel and embodies the standard Milu Milano should aim for. Overall, the property has potential, but consistency, team training, and guest-experience alignment are urgently needed

My sister and I had an amazing time at Milu Milano! Check in was very easy and the staff were great. Our room was modern, spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. Amazing newly renovated hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Milu Hotel in Milan and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!
