We had a long weekend staying at this hotel and found it to be really lovely. The staff were friendly and the rooms were big, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was a little bit out of the city but it was very accessible by metro so we had no problem with the location at all and would definitely go back to this hotel. We had breakfast here too and it was perfectly ample with a nice clean breakfast room and lots of refills on everything.

Great location, only meters away from porta romana metro, with excellent connections to Milan central and the cathedral. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for short or longer stays to Milan

Though the hotel is slightly far from central Milan area however it is easily accessible my metro. Room was good and so also the service. Breakfast was also good. Complementary wi-fi facility is available. Mc Donald's is also at walking distance.Overall a nice experience

I thought the bedroom was very small. Thankfully only hand luggage with us; we would have struggled in the room with a suitcase to move about. The bed was comfortable. But, the biggest problem for me - I am unsure how thick the walls are - but I could hear the person in the room next door snoring all night which stopped me getting a restful sleep. I tried to open the window/door for ambient noise but the street cleaning noise etc was noticeable for me. Personally I don't think I would return to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and large rooms. Nice people. You can be either with a room on the street or one in a calm patio. There is a small bar in case you want a drink during the day. Only the breakfast is ok and could be better.

We booked this for one night since it's close to my boyfriend's family and it was fine for one night. The location is good and the rooms are small but fine for a quick trip. They have real keys that you have to return every time you leave. I didn't like that they don't have any shampoo or conditioner so we had to go to the store. They do have a small bar/cafe downstairs but when I asked for white wine they didn't have any. I ordered a glass of red but since we already paid for our room they required payment in cash. I rarely carry cash so I had to go to an ATM to pay. Overall this was fine for one night before flying out but I wouldn't stay here much longer.

Stayed ther for few days. Nice and clean hotel. Good location. Spa Thermal QC just walking distance away, and hotel gives you a discount for it! Great place to relax after walking all day :)! Many little bars for aperitivo ;) around. Going back there in May. Just booked it ! Sooo looking forward to spend few days there with my hubby, son and daughter-in-law :)

The hotel offers clean comfortable rooms with a metro stop on the same block. There is garage parking about three blocks away otherwise I'd give the place a "5". The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The woman working the desk bent over backwards to help us out and also made a restaurant recommendation that turned out to be one of our best meals while in Europe.

Simple and posh at the same time. Great position (less than 50 seconds on foot to the underground station!), very clean and beautiful rooms, rich breakfast and very friendly staff made my journey here unforgettable! Only weak point, it's quite too pricey, but it's really worth it anyway.

This hotel is not situated in the center of town; to see the sites you must take the metro near the hotel. We were disappointed to find out that our room was dark and extremely small. No room for our luggage and the bathroom was cramped, with the smallest of sink and no space at all for our toiletries. The breakfast was adequate and the room where we ate it was also small. What saved this hotel from a two point rating, was the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and had some suggestions for restaurants. For those who are tired of Italian fare, you can always go to the Macdonlad's nearby, they have a good tiramisu at the McCafe. We had our car in the parking nearby at 25 euros. A very expensive parking and you must pay cash at the end of your stay, so do make sure there is enough cash in your wallet, we had to go to the bank. We think that in a city like Milan, to have a nice centrally located room, you must spend more money than usual, that was our mistake.
