Nice location but too pricy for the quality that they provide in high seasons. Staff are nice

My family and I stayed here for one night because it was close and walkable to the train station. This hotel was nothing special, but a good value for the price we paid. The biggest negative we found was that there was no food close by.

Right near train station - easy to find. Near subway line. Room was clean & lovely. Staff very helpful, providing directions, map, tips. Staff spoke excellent English.

It took a long time to check in. Air conditioning did not work. Windows would not stay open...in fact, they came slamming down and could have really hurt someone if their hand was in the way. The blinds on the windows were broken too. We did not stay.

It was a shower and a bed! 3 train stops from the duomo. Nothing super fancy but a hole. Would stay again.

The hotel is walking distance to Estacion Centrale, which we found to be strategic to move around the city. We got a cab when we arrived from the metro into Estacion Centrale; we now know we could have saved that money and walked. However, if it is late at night and you have heavy luggage, i would not recommend walking. Also, it is a 20 minute walk to the main shopping locations and the Duomo! That was great!!! The room was decent and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was good enough but the shower is quite narrow and it may be a problem getting around. The elevator is tiny. The staff is nice and knowledgable. You have to pay for internet which is operated as credit system but they allow you to stop your session and continue later so you dont lose your money's worth. It was very convenient actually because we would use it for 10 minutes one day and use the remaining 50 the next day. The breakfast is well stocked and operated as a buffet so you can get seconds. There are also bakeries around to eat fresh breads and delicious lunches. We thought it was an economical option in an otherwise expensive city. Note that in August many places are closed for holidays.

the location was great , It was close to everything which was nice. The hotel is a little out dated but the rooms were comfortable and clean.

good for short pirut it is in the center so that is good

Hotel check-in was one hour later then what obrtiz states, plus our room was not ready. They said it would be 10 minutes and 45 minutes later it was ready. Check-out was one hour earlier then what orbitz states. There is no free breakfast if you pay the online rate. Even though free breakfast is listed under amenities. There is a big construction site right in front of the hotel, so you don't need an alarm clock. The hotel has outside shutters which are used to shut out light and noise but they do not close all the way. If this hotel had a remodeled room we sure didn't stay in it. No free internet. The phone in the room didn't work when I tried to call with my calling card. The staff person(I think she was French because all she said was "we" and shrugged her shoulders when I ask her what was wrong with the phone and if I could use the office phone instead. I was glad when we checked out.
