Was searching a Hotel near to Stazione Centrale trough booking.com .I did not wanted long way with taxi. I was arriving late in the evening from flight. Tired of Travelling wanted some good hotel. I liked the room it was perfect. Receptionist was very helpful. Hotel room deserve its star rating. Everything was clean and Hotel looking also good. Easy to find. Sincerely would turn back. Thank you
Easy arrive from the station , good breakfast and clean bedroom . The hotel is also next to the cat caffe with nice coffe and cakes . there is a place for resting and computer incase you didnt bring yours. Quiet and confortable
We spent 4 nights in Milan and due to busy fair time we just can find that hotel to book ,it was so rude the reception guy and next day and another one ;all of reception staff seems strictly choosen for their rudeness..
I gave this a 2 rating based on the location only. Walking distance from Stazione Centrale and 2 other metro stations. The hotel itself is very old, very very old. The room key is literally a key with a heavy metal bar attached to it. The room had old style bed and windows. The walls, paper thin. The cleaning staff very loud at 7am, shouting, banging and hoovering in hallway. Lift too small. Door no peep/spy hole. Room only had one plug socket. Checking out was a pain, they didn't tell my brother that they already took payment out of his account so he paid with cash and didn't realise till I told him the hotel took my money out of my account ... After confronting the receptionist about it he said he didn't realise and gave my brothers money back. I personally think he was trying to pull a fast one. There are plenty of hotels around, I would not recommend this one
very bad!!! we booked through booking.com for my mom’s stay and they didn’t accept the credit card payment at the last minute and my mom has to pay in cash. it was supposed to be a gift. the room and hallway was stinky. overall, i will not recommend this hotel. they also cancelled the booking in the system so we couldn’t evaluate them poorly. the poor review in facebook wouldn’t post too!!! very dishonest and tricky!!!
It's not easy to write a review, when you don't know how to describe the place correctly and not to offend people who are working there. The staff is doing all right, very open, friendly, communicative and ready to help. Reception is quickly reacts both for emails and telephone call. But from my point of view, the owners / management has to change everything. It's clean, no questions about it. But it just stucked somewhere in 80-90's. Old furniture, old TVs, old carpets, old elevator, old lobby. Look, guys, it's XXI century, the world is changing! Tomorrow it will be too late to change! It has good location, it's expensive, but I prefer to avoid it next time.
The hotel is located within walking distance of the Centrale railway station, and just a 25 minute walk from the Duomo. The staff were very courteous, and the room quite spacious if a bit dated. The bar / lounge area is open to midnight, which was convenient. Overall a good experience considering the very reasonable price paid.
I booked this while in a recent trip to Milan. The blonde receptionist was rude and arrogant; refused to give me her name. The room she gave me was dark with a KID's bed; then I asked her for a better room and she gave me another dark room with two Kid's bed. On the third time she gave me a slightly better room with a better bed BUT not very clean and a very hard bed. I asked for a refund and she refused giving me back my money although I had bought that morning only 10 minutes before. This hotel is a total damp. Plastic plants and flowers everywhere; horrible rooms. I slept in the third room but the elevator was next to it and the door of the elevator closes with a big noise, so I did not sleep all night. By far the worse stay in my life!!!
The Hotel is located about five minutes’ walk from Milan’s Station Centrale. This hotel turned out to be one of the best value places we stayed at during a recent trip around Italy. The room was large enough with a good bathroom, very clean and air conditioning that kept the room cool but not cold or noisy. The staff were helpful and spoke English well and without making us feel guilty for being useless at Italian. The continental breakfast was simple but very good in a smart breakfast room. The proximity of the hotel to the station provides easy access to the Metro where a 24 hour ticket cost only 7 Euros. We would most definitely stay here again.
Located near the central station which gives a moving traveler easy access to trains for different directions in Italy. It's clean and well located hotel and the price is equivalent to the service offered.
