This was a great hotel! We stayed over the Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The rooms were very clean! Although when we arrived back at the hotel at 4pm our room had not been cleaned which was disappointing. Despite this we had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful!
The hotel is a in a good location, rooms are small, conference facility is not ideal, breaksfast is fine, fresh from oranges was a nice perk. Stass is very old generation, like actually most of the hotel. INternet connection was very problematic had to reconnect each time.
This small, clean and convenient hotel has all you want with a staff that is friendly and helpful. The hotel is stylish, with all the modern conveniences, with a flavour of Italy. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Milan, and wanting to feel at home.
Rooms are small, bathroom shower tiny, not clean and old Air conditioning noisy Only 1 electric socket Gym is horrible (small, packed, no space, no air con, no towel, had to ask to open door past open hour) Not a 4 stars Nice personnel Breakfast is good, awesome juice machine! (coffee sucks... how come you can't have a decent coffee machine in Italy!!!)
The staff was extremely helpful, the room was typical size for Europe and really clean. I loved the locations, super close to the Pagano metro stop, which takes you right to the Fiera or to the Duomo. Close to shopping, safe neighborhood,
Booked large amount of rooms as a base for group attendance at a business conference but it would equally suit city breakers. Hotel was small but centrally located. Bar was limited but adequate whilst breakfast was good if not extensive. All delegates were happy with rooms and staff were helpful and professional. Reasonable prices and good standards made the 10 plus rooms we booked a good recommendation for this hotel. I expect to stay there later in year and have no qualms in doing so.
The ordinary frontage of the hotel belied what hidden gem this is. The rooms are well appointed and brightly lit, the wooden floors well cleaned with no musky smell you get with carpets. The double vanity in our bathroom was a bonus, and the shower was nice and hot with strong water pressure (a wonderful surprise considering we were on the top floor, and it was freezing cold outside!). The service of the staff was excellent, especially the gentleman Andrea and the lady Andrea! What a nice stay we had!
There's not much to say about the hotel. Nothing special but no complaints. Rooms are small but functional, breakfast is simple, parking is available but very limited. I do suggest leaving your car set the hotel and traveling downtown by metro, as it's a 200m walk and 10minute/1.5€ ride to the Duomo.
I booked this hotel through a blind booking site. I couldn't get a great feel for what to expect once I knew the name of the hotel. It exceeded my expectations. I had booked a single room, but upon arrival was told they had upgraded me to a regular room. The room was quite large. The television had more english speaking channels than other hotels I stayed at on this trip. The hotel is not too terribly far from a metro stop, and is on the metro line where all of the sites are located (so no switching lines required). The bathroom would be better if it didn't have some weird jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Seriously 1980's. The lady working the front desk was helpful with a map, but later in the day a man was there. He was neither friendly nor helpful. I was trying to find a good restaurant and he offered no help. Just blew me off...Told me to go to the river and pick a place. I did. It didn't work out great. My biggest complaint was that the room needed more electric outlets.
Hotel situated in center of Milan (20 minutes walking to Duomo, for more comfortable u can use metro - it's really simple). Quite & Beautiful viewes in the windows. Good atmosphere. Gentle staff. Only one minus - in our deluxe room was 2 single bed near each other & look like one double bed. We are couple, that's why for us it was strangely. Can't understand this italian logic. All other things (included jacuzzi) was well. We enjoyed :-)
