Great place and highly recommend for anybody staying in Milano. Central to the Duomo and Galleria Vittoria. Exceptional apartment that is exactly as the pictures on line show. Clean, roomy for Europe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family. Ideal for families or individuals. The place was super clean and in a great area! About 7 mins walking distance to the Duomo. Lots of restaurant options on the same street. The place is better than the pictures! The management company was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything !

What a great apartment!! Very comfortable. The location is fantastic, easy to get to. So many things are just walking distance. Communication was clear and instructions easy to follow. A very positive stay and highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment and guest experience

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a truly great location. Super clean, very easy check in process, and amazing responsive staff to any and all communications. I always felt like there was someone I could talk to immediately for any questions or issues. It is a "touchless" check in, in that there isn't a person at a front desk, but the staff at Heart Milano were amazing and helped with every step of the journey, including setting up a driver to take us to the airport on our last day. I give this experience 5 stars.

Extremely proactive communication from the day of booking. Very helpful, kind, and friendly. The apartment itself was outstanding and in the heart of the city/walkable. We absolutely loved the condo. Incredible location close to the Duomo and very cozy inside. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and very kind. We will be back & highly recommend it to anyone looking!

We travelled with our two teenagers, the property was spacious and local to all the attractions. We were happy with the overall experience of our stay. The only negative would be, due to it being so central, that it was a little noisy with local trams and roads - but there were earplugs provided by the management team. But overall a positive experience.

Milano Magic!

We absolutely loved our stay here – one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo and within easy walking distance to all major sites, shops, and cafes. The building itself is beautiful – a perfect blend of vintage marble elegance with modern touches. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The managers were very kind and responsive. Overall, just a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan.
