I stay 2 nights at the Enterprise, and I would thanks the staff for warm welcome. The room was perfect, the location is nice. I also try the restaurant and I highly recommand to test it. The staff is very helpful and help you to find the right dishes. The breakfast is also pretty good.

This hotel has a nice hall and a modern reception, but the rooms are not in line : a bit old, small and with poor wifi connection. No my favourite place in Milan, but it's a good connection with the city.

Nice welcome, reception, narrow car parking entrance, friendly staff everywhere, breakfast with nice choices, std rooms would need s bit of s more fresh pimp-up, clean but as said a bit old style, std rooms first floor can be noisy due to street and cable-cars for the rooms with front to central street

I stayed at this hotel for a four day break over new year with my partner, can safely say we were well impressed with the hotel and all its staff. From entering the hotel the staff were friendly and really helpful. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. Hotel is in a really good location, close to local amenities with a tram stop outside the hotel and the metro close by (buy a urban ticket 48 hour) well worth the money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan!! Must add the hotel offers portable WiFi which is really handy and free!

Group of 4 couples stayed here over new year. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and decor modern and stylish. Downstair bar had a nice selection of drinks. Room was an average size, bathroom had nice marbling. A little out of the centre about 20 minutes to Milan Cathedral however hotel staff more than happy to arrange taxis. I would stay in this hotel again if I was visiting Milan, definitely recommend. The room was just a little warm.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family and the hotel staff could not do enough for us. The lady on the check in gave us so much information and help with buying tickets for the football game, getting from A to B and visiting nice restaurants in the area. The hotel foyer and restaurant areas are stunning. The rooms are large and well equipped with a good mini bar, toiletries, and a list of extra items you can request if needed. The breakfast was delicious with freshly made omelettes, croissants and fresh fruit. The nearest train station was situated around 4 blocks away and we did travel a lot with the hotel not being central but the area was ok and had a good few cafe bars and restaurants close by. Valentino’s was our favourite ( traditional Italian food) and I would recommend a visit if staying in this hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel as it was great value for money. 👍

Good value hotel in a great position staff friendly clean room on low floor breakfast expensive but great choice tram right outside takes you straight into the centre of Milan lots of amenities available

The outside of the hotel was unassuming, but you walk in to be greeted by chic interiors in the lobby and a round, open concept check-in desk. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and offered us a glass of Prosecco to welcome us, which was lovely! She then gave us a few small maps of Milan, and gave us a great recommendation to a restaurant close by. The room itself was on the 2nd floor and was slightly on the narrower side. Despite this, it was clean, with necessary amenities and room slippers at our disposal. We also had a bottle of complimentary water in our room. Getting to the Duomo was very simple. Again, our helpful front desk gave us directions to a nearby cafe/convenience store where we could get tickets to the tram that would get us to the piazza. We waited around 5 mins and got there in under 30 mins. Overall, great value for a little hotel for anyone not looking to be in the hub of the city. Would recommend.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the highway and has 2 direct tramlines to the city centre. Ideal if you come by car. Garage has limited space and you cannot reserve. During the week you probably need to be lucky to find a spot. Parking outside is not easy... The hotel itself is good. Friendly staff, clean room and there is enough storage in the room. The dog can stay for free and staff is friendly to the animals. We did not have dinner or breakfast in the restaurant, only had some food delivered via room service. The food was good.

We booked a 5 night stay at the Enterprise Hotel through Secret Escapes for a long weekend break and after reading the reviews on here I was confident we'd picked a really good hotel but unfortunately we were really disappointed. On arrival the lady who checked us in at reception wasn't overly welcoming and seemed far more interested in talking to her colleague... the hotel is nice looking and modern but was just missing something. We got into the lift and went to find our room which was on the small side and after sticking 2 large suitcases in there was even more cramped. The reception is very modern but that doesn't follow through to the bedrooms. The tv was a good size and had a selection of English channels which was really good. The next issue was the shower door - it didn't close! So the bathroom was flooded every time we showered. The cleaners were aware of this but nothing got done. The room thankfully had a large window that opened because the room in an evening was like attempting to sleep in a sauna...The wifi was poor and snail pace. The location of the hotel was one of the really good points and the tram stop outside the hotel was fabulous for a quick 15/20 min journey into the centre. On checkout yet again the reception desk were less than interested in how our stay had been, they wanted to settle the bill for the minibar and that was it, on our way. It's a shame but I wouldn't recommend Enterprise Hotel... compared to a lot of other hotels we've stayed in the service just wasn't comparable. Really disappointed.
