The actual accommodation was great, the only issue we had was trying to actually find the place from Novate Milanese station. Typing the address provided only took us half way. The hotel is behind a large supermarket, so it would be helpful if the instructions mention this. We reached the station as it was getting dark so got completely eaten by mosquitoes on the road while trying to find the place, which made us very distressed. Once in the hotel room it was fine.

Hotel needs modernisation, rooms are dated with old fashioned plug sockets, marks on the walls. Bathroom needed regrouping, tarnished taps and shower fixtures. Reception staff not very helpful with information.

We stayed for just one night, and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and felt newly furnished. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it’s about a 10-minute walk to the station, and from there it takes around 20–25 minutes by train to reach the center. There’s also a large supermarket right next to the hotel where you can find everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Nice hotel away from the busy Milan

I've stayed here before so I was familiar with the hotel. If you time the trains correctly you can be in central Milan in half an hour. The walk to and from the station is flat and the area is nice. There is a big supermarket next door for any snacks/food. Positives - Room size, the bed is comfortable, hotel is quiet and the shower is great! Negatives - The lady on reception needs a lesson in customer service, she is so miserable.
