We were with a group and only stayed one night. Very nice hotel! Clean and well appointed rooms. Each room had a bottle of water, gratis. Breakfast buffet offered very good selection! Very pleased! Would recommend!
Breakfast was very poor. Few vegetables, with out any tomatoes, cucumber, bell paper or letuce. Also cheese variety was very poor. The rooms were clean, big and modern. Despite the fact that I’ve made and paid the reservation well in advance, 48 hours before check in hotel staff tried to change my reservation. The problem was solved aftar having a verbal fight on the phone, with hotel manager. They were claiming that my credit card is not valid, but after discusion with manager, a few minutes later, same card was perfectly ok. Very unprofesional way to do business in this industry.
I was there on a corporate event, I may suppose that our company spent quite an amount to have us accomodated + conference room + dinners, nevertheless I had to insist to get a 0.50 l. plain water bottle as additional bottle after the one we are allowed on the day of the check-in. I would have willingly bought one and avoid this request and getting a deny at first, but the machine on the floor was empty and our of order (seems to have been so for some time). By the way, the minibar is not a minibar, but an empty fridge. The doors slam noisily, no door brake. The pillows are...difficult to understand....Ask for as many pillows as you see in the Hotel room photographs. Staff are friendly but evidently they stick to the company's policy.
Good restaurant , great location and staff. The room are comfortable , the hotel follows a space theme. It is close to the offices and the nearby mall. Overall great experience will choose the hotel again.
outside the hotel and the lobby is very nice but the rooms are a little bit out dated. The beds are very good and it is all clean as well. Parking space in front of the hotel and close to the ring of Milano
This hotel is not exactly located in Milan but far away in Cinisello Balasmo, so please be double sure before booking if you want to explore Milan. It's a nice property and the rooms size is good. Cleanliness is super and the staff is very courteous and helpful.
Location is the biggest minus unless your work is nearby. Hotel and staff very pleasant. Rooms clean, spacious and beds comfortable. Good wifi. Breakfast could be with a bit more variety of choices...
We stayed for just one night in a Triple Room, as we were returning from an overseas trip and had a flight landing at Linate quite late. We chose this hotel because we had a car and had the possibility of free parking, and of course based on a good combination of price and favourable reviews. The good: - Free parking is always appreciated when travelling with a car. In this case, there were plenty of parking spots. The not-so-good: - Check-in process took a lot of time. I understand that it was late and usually there are not a lot of employees at the time, but the front desk staff did not seem to care a lot about this family with two small kids. - Our room was smaller than expected. Even if it was advertised as a triple room, it felt more like a double room. We were really tight with a medium-sized double bed, and a single bed. Imagine trying to squeeze a baby-cot in addition to that! - Room decoration was almost non-existent. Bathroom, however, was not big but looked clean and modern. - Breakfast was included in our hotel booking, but it was quite basic. Ok in terms of display, but spread was mediocre and some things did not look fresh. In summary: this hotel is good enough to stay one (max two nights), in general if you are there for business. Unless you have a car or need to visit ine of the really close-by companies, there are better options in the north of Milano. Next time I will consider other options.
our stay there would be for only 2 nights, because of Hurricane Maria passing through Miami we had to stay 3 more days and the experience was 5 stars, an extraordinary buffet breakfast, free parking that is very important in the area, a little distance from the center but much better
Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the room and the breakfast. The room was very clean. The bed, very comfortable. I think the sink just started to get clogged towards the end of my trip. I think the only drawback is that the room door was not sound-proof and you'd definitely here other guests talking and walking outside the room.
