Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property should be removed from available listings. Poor communication from management. Check in was far from flawless, was hung up on and told she didn’t have time to help us. Broken door handle on arrival, struggled getting in. No hot water, filthy bathrooms, poor lighting, broken toilet. Worst stay ever. Glad we were only there over night to catch an early flight. Access with luggage was terrible due to narrow one lane road. Couldn’t unload luggage without holding up traffic and forced to circle block 3 times. Awful experience, stay away.

Unfortunately the water heater was broken when we arrived. A technician arrived the next day to repair which was great, but unfortunately we were only at the place for 2 days. Casa da Suite seemed to do their best to address the issue within 1 day which was nice.

Det ene toilet virkede ikke. Håndvasken på toilettet virkede ikke - ingen vand. Lyset i køkkenet virkede ikke. Ingen bestik, kniv, gaffel, ske eller andet. Men ellers et fint sted. Godt placeret og forholdsvis rolig taget i betragtning det er midt i Milano.

Muy complicado el método de check in , ya que no enviaron la información correcta, se tardan mucho en contestar , más de una hora para poder entrar . Lo demás estuvo normal , y muy bien ubicado .
